    Axles should not be wobbly, *each* axle on the TA03 should be supported by Two bearings/bushings in each hub carrier - a 1510 inside and a 1260 outside. Unless they're seriously worn, the TA03 stepped axle is very well supported.

    Occasionally a newbie might forget/overlook to install the outside bearing (silly Tamiya listed this step in the instructions only when you bolt the wheels on).

    Happens quite often too... first thing I'd check with any car I didn't build is the little bag of 'extras' leftover. Tamiya just about never gives extra bushings/bearings like they do with screws. Closest I've seen is 25 bushings in a TL01 kit, so there's 1 leftover.

    thanks for all the ideas , another quicky the wheels on the tao3f seem a bit wobbly , is there supposed to be a bearing of some kind behind the hex that the wheels fir onto ???

  4. i have a ta03f and would like to give it more ground clearance to use it like a rally car instead of the touring car , can i just stick some bigger wheels on it and away i go or does it mean a total upgrade of the shocks arms ect [?]

    is this a wise move or would i be better to get another model ...if so what do you recomend [?]
