  14. i've done a search, but the advice is not much use. coz a lot of suggestions are posted, and some are for hard bodies only. ok i read that brake fluid is a no go. i want to strip a lexan a shell. what's best to use? many thx
  15. aye i was wondering about these QD's as well. do they have standard 540 motor's in them?
  16. well i recieved my bigwig today, and from how dusty it was, it looks like its been sat on top of a wardrobe for many years. i've already striped the car down and washed all the plastic parts with warm soapy water. striped the gear boxes down and gived them a good greasing, reassembled it all and the car looks 100% better. as for condition, well....theres a few scuffs on the underside, tires are slightly warn, body shell as no splits, gears seem not to be warn, bearings are still in good order. driver and technigold are present. so im very happy with my buy.
  17. lol.....looks like you've hit to many curbs there buddy.

  23. when i was looking for a hop-up motor, i asked modelsport for there advice, they recommended 2 types to me, one was a M-troniks motor, the other was a Reedy motor. i purchased a M-troniks pro 21x2, and im very happy with the performance it gives. i've also tried the 21x1 by M-troniks, and the torgue is amazing on it, personally if i had a mad bull, i would go for a 21x1.
