i have a TL01 car, fully ballraced and fitted with a 21x2 core modified motor, and the thing goes like **** off a shovel.

ok k can gather there is 6 cells in a 7.2v battery pack. but what type of cells is used? is it "AA" type cells?

is there n e other decent packs apart from sanyo branded?

i have 4 batteries but of 2 different makes, one make is a GP turbo pack 7.2v 2000mAh, the other make is Powertech 7.2v 1700mAh. now i find that the Powertech 1700mAh gives more punch and the top speed of the car lasts longer then the 2000mAh packs do. any recomendations on a decent make of battery pack that does not cost the earth, and also gives very good performance right to the end of its charge? i live in the uk, so i guess other members in the uk could answer this question best. thx

cool thx for the advice chaps, i phoned them up today and explained i wanted what i ordered as i wanted 2 21x1 for extra torgue. so the bloke on the phone said send it back.

though im relatively new to RC, i do have 3 cars, but i guess my most expendable car is my stadium raider, why?.....well because of its TL01 chassis. i have 2 body shells and 2 sets of wheels for this one. as standard i have the stadium raider shell and offroad wheels for off road use, and for onroad, i have a nissan skyline bodyshell and road wheels, so i feel im getting best of both worlds from this car.

other day, and i ordered 2 of the same 21x1 motors. ok, they arrived, but i've been sent a 21x1 and a 21x2 instead, both are made by the same manfacturer. so i phoned them up and i said that i wanted 2 21x1 for my wild dagger, but was sent 2 different ones instead, but the bloke on the phone said that its ok to run a 21x1 and a 21x2 together on a wild dagger. is this true? or am i being flobbed off? thx
