Hello, im new here but i already have a problem! I bought a used TA03f pro that was already assembled, i took it apart to see if the last owner had put it together properly which it had. Then i got to installing the motor...and in the manual it shows it being installed with a 23 tooth pinion, i have a 22 and it wouldnt fit ,
as in it doesnt reach the spur gear. There were different spur gears that came with it but i think they might be the same pitch, can you get different pitched spur gears for the TA03?
But there is a table in the manual with all the ratios that can be used and it says 20-29 teeth pinions may be used..humm. Is there something i have missed out? Also i am using a yokomo pro stock 2 - 21 turns and the output shaft is too long conpared to a normal tamiya motor.
If i need to get a new motor thas fine cos i need a new one anyways
Anyone who has or hasent got a TA, can you shed some light cos im a complete TA noob
Thanks in advance!
