  1. There is a product called "Remove It" which is for removing stickers so as they may be reapplied. Was available through *** SMITH but no longer I spottted some in BUNNINGS HARDWARE not to long ago![?]
  2. Driving out of the local dump one day and spotted the top part of a MAD BULL box on the side of the road stopped and picked it up and through in the back of the ute, before leaving the dump I stopped in at the dump Recycle area or as I prefer to call it THE DUMP SHOP, and the first thing I spot is the MAD BULL in the bottom half of the box complete with transmitter(with good 8xAA batteries) 2x batteries and charger. The only fault with it was one front was broken. Replaced shock installed a charged battery and gave it a good thrashing and let some of the kids in the street have a go. And all for only $5Au NO ****
  3. id="Comic Sans MS">How much were they selling for?[]id="green">
  4. The 6 doides used are 1n4004 which are general purpose rectifier diodes -1 amp items (the last diget indicating that in has a reverse threshold of 750v),6 of these diodes in series with a resistor(smallest size 4.6ohm 5watts)across the battery pack will discharge it untill the battery voltage drops to 3.6volts Higher amp diodes could be used for faster discharge rates. Because of the 0.6 voltdrop accross each diode for current to flow(6 x 0.6 = 3.6),once the battery volts drop to 3.6volts no current will flow[?] 1n4007 can also be used as these are also 1amp.
  5. How much are the diff's selling for(in $Au)? [:I]
  6. When I was in HongKong I had seen in the GPM store a very large range of CLOD parts from gears to housings in Aluminium.[^]That were not listed on the web site at the time. Try Emailing them
  7. Sorry What I wanted to ask was what materials were used to make the linkages that connect the diffs to the chassi.ie the size of the tube, and ballends.[8)]
  8. []What size are are the aluminium rods (solid or tube) & what ball joints are used and how did you attach them to the rod?
  9. I'm thing about starting scanning my manuals and would like to know if there is a standard that has been used. If so what is it. If I havn't got it whare do I download it from. 10. One thing that has not been stated about Ni-mh is that they have a shorter shelf life! I purchased a R/C Tank recently which happened to have a Tamiya hump pack battery with it which still works.[] Also purchased 2 racing packs(1600) last Christmas at my locat hobby store for $20Au each.
  11. I've alos thought about using 1/8 scale wheels as a alternative to the old WILD WILLY,Even purchased a set but never got around to adapting them![]
