  1. Hi Neo, I would be also very interested in an original Scorpion shell and wing. Please post it here or in the Kyosho Forum when you know more from Kamtec models and your Tomahawk, Turbo Scorpion replica bodies. [] I Do you think a Kyosho Beetle shell is also possible ? []
  2. Yes, Optima and especially Turbo Optima shells would be cool. [8D]Because they are very collectable and nice cars,[] but new bodies are almost impossible to find.[]
  3. Hi Neo, Great ! [] I am very interested in buying some bodies of both. Turbo Scorpion and Tomahawk. Can´t wait to see the finished bodies ![]
  4. And the OSCAR goes to: TECHNICAL.BURP !!!! [^][^][^] Just watched Uwe´s (technical.burp) great Videos. Abosutely fantastic ! I love the music in the background of the WW race. Thank you very much. Brings back the good time, we had here in Haltern.
  5. Great idea ! [^] You can count on me. []

  8. Hi guys, What would you think about an early September weekend ? I am more than happy to meet you other TC-members. I will bring my WW2 too, so we could organize a cool Wild Willy race ! [8D]
  9. For a larger meeting this year, you can always count on me. Would be great to meet more TC-members and the other ones from our first meeting in March this year.[] Joachim
  10. Yes, they will fit. The M03 Mini Cooper Racing uses the same stickersheet for lights and doorhandles as included in the old 58149 Mini Cooper M01 kit.
  11. Hi supergreg, The Super Blackfoot is the first car who uses the same "bulletproof"[:0] gearbox as the "King Blackfoot". Super Blackfoot and Bush Devil are fitted with this "new" gearbox. But the front end is the old one which was used on the original Blackfoot and Monster Beetle.[]
  12. no probs NeoGeo![8D] I am working on a second Scorpion at the moment. Feel free to use my pics. Since i bought my first Scorpion, i am hooked on this cars now.
  13. My favourite one to drive at the moment is the Willy 2. Fitted with a good ESC, ball bearings and standard motor, this car makes so much fun on all surfaces. I think this car is underrated. It handles very well, because of the TL-01 chassis parts. On second place is my King Blackfoot. Fitted with full ballbearings, C.V.A. short shocks and a simple Sport Tuned motor, this car is so much Fun to drive. [] Third place belongs to the M03 Mini Cooper Racing. This car is simply fantastic ! []
  14. Many Thanks for your quick reply ![] This is a great help. dunebuggy71
  15. I can mail you a Scan of the ENGLISH Galaxy RS manual. Tell me if you want it, and it´s on the way to you ! dunebuggy71
  16. I am restoring a Scorpion at the moment and want to use the car as a runner. I want to fit the car with full ballbearings. Does anyone of you know which sizes were used on the Scorpion and if these size of bearings is still available anywhere ? Any help would be great ! []
  17. Great !! That helps []
  18. Does anyone of you have a Kyosho Scorpion manual ? [] I bought a used Scorpion. But came without a manual.[] For the forthcoming Resto, it would be very helpful to have a manual for this car. Also a Scan of the manual would be great. [] I am also looking for some new or used parts for this car. Mostly original rims and tyres, and the decalsheet. Thanks for your help !
  19. I think Tamiya is still a great company. I don´t like the new "Blackfoot Xtreme" and the "Twin Detonator". I like more the look of an old "Blackfoot", but the Xtreme is 1000 times better, also to most competitors on the market. No one else makes Hardplastic bodies on the market. Most of you guys, don´t like Lexan bodies. I don´t understand that. For modern RC-Car racing this is a must have. And Tamiya was one of the first companies who made them. No other manufacturer in the world can do those perfect Lexan bodies. Look at the Porsche GT2, Mini Cooper, Alpine A110, Fiat Abarth, Lancia Delta Integrale, Alfa Giulia GTA. These Body´s are masterpieces in my opinion ! No one else in the world can do such a perfect quality. And they are back in Racing. The TB-Surikarn and TRF 415 are one of the best chassis in the scene. Also the quality of the used materials is brilliant. They also do much on their "Static"-kit´s. The actual line of 1/12 Moto GP racers is on such a high standard. The best kit´s i have ever seen. Tamiya is the only company who still produces this items. Most of the companys in the 70´s and 80´s are gone from the market. But not Tamiya. Kyosho mostly does Mini-Z , Monster Trucks, and Nitro-Cars. For me, nothing can reach the Tamiya-Standard ![]
  20. Looks great ![][^] What do you think about painting the spokes in "GOLD" or "metallic grey" ? I think "Gold" would look perfect to the blue Alpine. []
  21. You see right ! [] I am also a BIG Fan of the Mini. My first Tamiya onroad kit was an M01-Mini Cooper. This car looks so cool and makes great fun. So it makes sense, that so many TC-members have a Mini Cooper in their collection. It´s a modern Tamiya-classic.[] I wish the will produce this kit´s forever ![]
  22. Hi Chris, I need a yellow Shirt in XL.[] Can you tell me the shipping costs to GERMANY ? Joachim
  23. The red Truck on the left is the legendary "Clod Buster". The black Truck seems to be a "Super Blackfoot".
  24. The best choice for a twin motor chassis is the old Tamiya M-chassis. M02L. You only need a second Gearset and Gearbox. No other modifications are necessary. Using standard motors and an ESC it´s very "interesting" to drive. You can use all M-chassis bodysets for the long wheelbase. M02L. dunebuggy71
  25. Added three new leaflets to the "Vintage Reviews" section.[] Avante, Blackfoot, and sorry the odd Sonic Fighter.[:I] Joachim
