Try to get hold of a Protech Mega peak 3000. The only time it failed me was when the blew. Changed it and never had a problem since.

Just wondered if anyone could tell me where the blue brat-type chassis come from. Did Tamiya release any cars with this chassis or is it just some sort of after market parts? Cheers Terje

If you download both the Holiday and Sand Rover manual you will see that the chassis build-up is almost the same. The only differences are the motor-mount and gear set-up and the rear body mounts. I`m actually right in the middle of transforming a Holiday Buggy to a Sand Rover.[]

Yes i know that the manual is already here. The problem with it is that it is in so low resolution that i cant figure out what it says in the text. Is it possible for someone to upload a higher res copy? Before anyone mention it: I already got glasses.

My charger also goes really hot and smelly during charging. Have had no problems with it sinse i changed the fuse. I guess its the transformator in it that gets so hot as its far cooler when using the 12V intake.

HOLD YOUR HORSES MATE! Check the 7,5A fuse on the front. I bet its broken. I have the exact same charger and had the exact same problem. My problem was solved by changing the fuse. If not,send it back[:I]

I was just wondering if it was a good idea to separate the auction promotions from the other things in the traderoom. I think the traderoom should include trades, but its starting to look more like an auction promoting site to me. Would be great if the traderoom could have been sorted like in the vintage review section with links to: For sale,Trades,Wanted and Auction promotions. I have no idea how much work this whould involve so feel free to slaughter the idea if its no-good.[] Cheers Terje
