hi rob.
no mate, u cant as far as i know fit the later tamiya hex hub wheels or tyres to the early 959 chassis.
but if u hunt for the 959 slicks which are smaller than the later stuff, they will cost around 15 to 20 gbp a pair, like i said not easy to find nor cheap.
i hope that cleared things up m8.
good luck
Mr. Ce
the 959 slicks do last quite a while m8, noit quite as long as the normal tamiya slicks tho, as the compound is a bit softer....
i ran my 959 on slicks on concrete and tarmac for ages, b4 i replaced them...
getting hard to find now too.
Mr. Ce
hey there,
i have had a limited success with nail polish remover, but i would suggest nitro fuel.
some people will say that it will damage the shell, but i have used 10's of times with no damage, and yes i have also done a clod b4.
nitro will also work on the other shell material tyoes too.
but u will need a good degreaser to remove the nitro when the paint is removed.
AND that is where u need to be A BIT MORE careful. i use white spirits to remove the nitro after, never had any probs with that.
also i have never had the chrome damaged by that method b4 either.
hope that helps, and good luck
Mr. Ce
hi there,
i would suggest the wheels u have got are of the negative offset.
i would say buy some more wheels with a posititive off set or neutral offset.
or if u are intent on keeping those wheels, try adding the alloy wish bones, which are slightly narrower
hope that made sense, and helps.
Mr. Ce
the tt01 is lighter and better handling car than the tl01.
but if u are new back the game, try the tl01 first as it will survive the flat out kerb crashes better.
the tt01 is a weak chassis where the wish bones meet the main chassis.
also the plastic used on the tt01 chassis is of a poor quality, and after a few strips and rebuilds the screws to strip in the holes.
Also the hop ups for the tl01 are cheaper to buy. for instance ball dif for tt are 12 quid 7 quid for the tl........but the ballrace kits are cheaper.....
swings and round abouts
good luck
Mr.Ce
hi ben
i have a M03 chassis fully hopped up tho, will be quite a lot of money tho.......trfs titanuim screws etc ball dif.
if serious, email for full spec
Mr Ce

Mr. Ce
hey there,
i have a very good restored mudblaster shell and parts, BUT EVEN THO the shell is the same as the brat for all intents and purposes it is freshly painted and decaled as a mudblaster.
Mr.Ce
OH MY GOD, ALL THIS GUFF ON A R/C SITE.???? JUST IMAGINE I LET MY KIDS ON HERE, TO LISTEN TO ALL THIS WAFFLE.
CHRIS I AM GLAD U HAVE GOT THIS SITE UNDER CONTROL.......NOT
hi mate, i have M01 chassis parts, all 4 of them, new and used, maybe i have the screws and bolds required too, not sure tho, but if all u require is chassis parts bumbers and other parts, then i am ya man.
