I just bought the re-release of the XR311. I always dreamt while a kid of having this jeep and unfortunately as I cant afford the original one New in box I decided to go for the re-release.
I am used to lexan bodies and never painted any abs body.
As the bodyofthe XR311 is already green, is it needed to use the grey primer before the suggested green-olive paint ? if yes, how many layers of primer are needed and what do you need to do to the primer before painting the final color ?
Any suggestion is welcomed, even for all other parts which need to be painted.
