  9. Thanks for the Replys guys. Two O Two models in Chatham is where i originally got the R/C car im currently using. A 1:8th Carson Mercedes racing Truck / Lorry! [H] I think i've still got a discount card for them, allthough i doubt taht they would honor it as it's about 5 years old or more! I just did a search on Yell and my closest model shop is this place http://www.tjdmodels.com/ So il have to go check them out! Roughtly how much should one be paying for a peak charger and a reasonable 3300ma battery?
  10. Hiya All, im new here! Right, I've only ever had glo fuel (Nitro) R/C cars before, except when i was younger and had a RTR Porsche that used 6V and was non upgradeable lol. Any way, i've just bought a couple of Tamiya cars off ebay that i've liked for a long long time. The plan is that they are going to be shelf queens except for one that i want to enjoy! Now, i think i need: steering servo, reciever, transmitter, ESC, battery, charger, So, I've got a spare servo, the car comes with a Tamiya ESC and il use my transmitter from my Nitro car. But i don't know what battery and charger i need and where i should get them from? Im in the UK btw, and two o two models is my nearest model shop which is miles away in Chatham, Kent!
  11. Im after a limited slip differntial for my 1:8th scale Nitro powered R/C Carson Porsche. The thing is only 2wd, and all the power of the 21 motor goes to the rear wheels. Anything over 1/4 throttle and it spins up. 1/2 throttle and behond your donuting!!! So to try and combat this i'd liek to get hold of a LSD. Does any one know where i can get a limited slip differential for it?
  12. This is my 1994 UK Toyota Celica GT4 ST-205 WRC in Storm Blue *RARE* She was 248bhp as standard when i got her at 19, now im 21 she is running about 350bhp but wil soon be pushing around the 450bhp mark with a forged engine rebuild and new turbo![]
