  1. Thanks for the reply. Have you tried this method before with good results?
  2. Has anyone tried or have any advice to decant Tamiya PS poly carbonate paint from the spray can into a small jar so it can be airbrushed on the a body instead? The problem I'm having is that just to much paint is being delivered from the spray can to allow me to get into all the tight spots and smaller details. I'm no that other manufacturers make paint designed for airbrushing but I need to use the exact Tamiya colours. Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks
  3. Thanks for the reply. I did spot that one but i also need the page with the instructions for the rear wing and cockpit.
  4. Hi I'm looking for a scan of the instruction sheet for the BMW Linder body set. If any one has one they could scan and send to me I would be most grateful. Thanks
  5. Just went in to my LHS and there was a NIB Mclaren MP/13 on the shelf. The owner said that he just ordered it in but i havent heard any thing of a re-release of this kit so Tamiya must have re-issued it. I wonder if this might have something to do with Formula one becoming more popular again Tamiya have decided to re-issue some of there older F1 kits? Any ideas?
  6. Hi, I'm after the diagram of the Tamiya aluminium motor mount that came on the backing card showing the various mounting positions for different pinions. If someone could scan me a copy, it would be most appreciated. Thanks Matt
  7. Hi Yes tamiya only did three bodies for the F201. The Ferrari F2001, BMW Williams FW24 and the clear/carbon patterned body that came in the F201 chassis kit. I think you will find that the wheel base would be all wrong if you tried to fit a F103 body on.
  8. It's on the channel five web site now! http://fwd.five.tv/gadget-show/videos/othe...nessas-lunchbox
  9. Hi guys I’m after some body shut line tape but I can’t seem to find any. Some suggestions of manufactures and where I can purchase some would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  10. It’s really baffling me what’s the cause. I no the body is a little ropy but even when it was new it wasn’t square to the chassis. If you line up the rear body clip in the centre of the roll bar the body sits to one side (see the third picture). I just tried the washer under the body clip and it does help a little to square it up.
  11. I’ve always had a problem with my sand scorcher in that the body doesn’t sit square on the chassis. When the rear body clip is centralised on the roll bar it causes the body to sit to one side. (See pics below) Is this common with these old SRB's or is it just mine?
  12. Thanks for the info. Do they do different size pens so you can do tiny lettering like on the SS?
  13. Does anyone no a paint that you can paint the tyre lettering and dosent flake off after a couple of runs?
