Dam I cant order from overseas Looks like Im going to have to try and make my own upgrades. Is there another alternitive to the throp set up to stop the rear dogbone problem on the Falcon, it gets really iritating after a while.

Im not getting a whole lot of attention so Im going to have a quick look on ebay for a half decent 19t on the cheap, and If I find one then the 15t is for sale

I botched mine in a project and I kinda need new ones to run the car It is the same as a Duratrax st chassis wise. I dont mind worn aslong as its cheap as money is low. UK only Thanks for reading

Its summer again and I just find my Falcon unusable with its 15t, it seems to have no power (Proberly gearing but finding alternitives is awkward to say the least) and my Battries just dont seem to be able to power it either. So I was wondering if someone could do me a straight trade or as close to it as possible for a usable 19t motor, something like a used Big lix mach one for back yard blasting. I can only trade with UK members. Thanks for reading

Ran my New Kyosho Inferno, it starts fine and the barkes are good. I might take it out later for a good run of the park.

If it was it would proberly be a relief to my Little bro as then he might be able to afford the parts. I hope they bring back the Falcon aswell as I cant get tyres on the cheap right now.

Continued in a Bidding war on a Kyosho. Its not Tamiya but I would really like a Nitro I can get parts for and I know I can race.

I just lost out on one of those on ebay, it looked a bit like the Turbo version as it had spoiler mounts and claimed to be 'a rare 2wd'. Never mind.

Part of the problem I see is the RTR Nitro cars, not the exspensive Racing machines but the 100-200 cars that people go out and buy. Most of the time the car is too fast for their skill and the car needs a fair bit of matainence so eventually they give up and find somthing else and the hobby loses another member. Too many times Ive seen cars on ebay because people have found them too fast or cant get them to work. If people started at the begining with a basic electric car like the grasshopper then maybe they mighteve found it easier and more fun.

Continued the work on the Nitro, Almost Half way there but I may just do the fronts for now as Im going through drill bits like nothing on earth and the budgets low. The Aim was to make the wheel base more narrow to turn a Silversnake nitro 10 Truck into a 1957 Chevrolet Belair 2 door.

Took Falcon out, it dosent seem to have much speed but then I was using Semi charged and **** Batterys. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Ive got a 15t in the Falcon, control is a fun one though as the RWD can cause nasty skidding on the corners and my Tyres are worn out.

Aplogies to hijack the thread quick, but If I was still using a 35mhz Radio set in my Falcon like the one I got with it, I would be in Deep exscrement and be liable to a massive fine? The Car is now 27 mhz though before anybody tells on me

Fixed the Falcon yet again, seems to be working fine now although the tyres couldnt grip my Patio.

Dam its today I see it, If I had looked here earlier I might have been able to borrow a Mates camera and a large room to jump the car in as 15t needs a fair bit of landing room

Currently: Tamiya Falcon Silver snake Nitro 10 (Being converted into a 57 Belair) Sportwerks Recoil Ansmann Smacker Nikko Mitsubishi Lancer Evo (Dont laugh this car was quite good until I nearly killed it) Tamiya Boomerang (Its really my Brothers car but Im the one who fixs it) Thats about it for now, I might buy a Black foot when I have more money or a simlar car.

Ive had somthing simlar happen but mine nearly took out a OAP shortcutting across the field with his shopping. Worst crash was hitting a Pothole and fliping over and then landing hard on concrete snapping the Falcons front end off.

Returned My falcon to the Land of the living and shoved a rocket up its backside, Now all badword is going to break loose as I have my mental car back

Took out the New Annsman Smacker which seemed to out do a 19t DG with its stock 21t and massive bulk and 4 wheel drive. The Steering on it isnt set up right dispite it being a rtr but what can you exspect for 99 brand new. A friend is still trying to get me to buy a Losi Micro Baja dispite the likely hood of my dog using it as a chew toy.

Daft thing was drifting earlier, is there any real difference in the stock tyres on the recoil to the ones on the Tailwhip which is the drift version of the recoil?

Got my recoil to drift on the wet concrete which then filled the car with pebbles. Hopfully Ill have my Falcon running before the weeks out

Looks good, I noticed Ware mention in there aswell. I might go down TT and get a few upgrades ordered in for the Recoil, dont quite understand the tweaking process of the brushs so Ill leave them well alone
