Hiya, Just an update. No parcels yet, But Paypal has refunded me $301. Well the email has said they have, They actually haven;t done so as yet, But paypal have been very good. He didnt reply to any emails or the dispute once! I suppose I am happy its sorted, But sad cause I really wanted this Brushless! Spose i better order from modelsport uk now

I've probably spent over a grand with him past 3 months, It just seems weird that other items have came. This item was alledgedly disaptched over a month ago, But its the lack of contact im concerned about.

This is very strange, Everyone seems to be having problems with him recently. Like i say, I ordered something else 9 days later, And that arrived in a matter of days, Despite being dispatched later! On m yebay, It says Item DISPATCHED, So I doubt he is waiting for stock! He just doesn't reply to any emails, Wether its through Ebay, RC MArt, or even paypal?

Hi, Im sure quite a few of you have used Dinball/RC Mart, As he stocks a tremendous range of Tamiya stuff at low prices. I have used him countless times with no problems whatsoever. However, I bought a Novak HV 4.5 Brushless, And some TT01 hop ups off his ebay store, and it was dispatched on the 20th May 2007. I still haven't recieved it. Everthing elser I have ordered off him has came within about a week. The worrying thing is, I ordered an LRP Pulsar from his ebay store, which was dispatched 9 days later, and that arrived over on the 3rd June!!! I have emailed him 4-5 times to no avail, Set up a paypal dispute and he hasn't even contacted me with this? Any idea whats going on? Anyone else had problems? I've set up a paypal dispute, And he hasn't even got back to me with that!!# Anyone know what I can do? Many thanks.
