Oh boy! This will be fun... I have always liked the Mad Max trilogy! My post-apocalyptic hilux has been a pile of parts for a long time awaiting a complete rebuild. This has me motivated to actually get working on it!

The "Party Bilbo" was my cousin's addition to the traveling duo. These guys started off with TC member 7.2inchdriver (appropriate name eh? ) sending them on tour. I think they went to TC member Oldskool first and then he sent them to TC member Wyoming, my cousin.

Thanks! I am pretty sure that my cousin has not been in the forums at all... Mainly I just read stuff here occasionally. When we took those pictures, we must have hit him at least a hundred times... poor Bilbo... at least the elves were around to save him in the end. Shows the danger of being that close to the road and intoxicated at a rally event...

Someone suggested that I post this in the forums... I took my Blubaru up to the local university campus to run cars with my cousin Seth (aka Wyoming). Really nice place to run them on weekends since it is almost completely dead, with exception of the occasional Asian guy that walks by and comments on the Tamiya cars. In any case we had some figures to take pictures of. Then we got carried away and mixed those pictures with a rally theme... it kinda explains itself: Things did not go as planned: Middle-Earth Rally Incident We had quite a bit of fun with it...

I think the indoor part of the competition is why some people did not bother. Of course that is what made it challenging and very interesting.

Just got this stuff from TCS: Where are those bearings? It's agonizing! Must have bearings for hilux!

Got this stuff about 40 minutes ago from the UPS guy: Unfortunately I wont be able to work on the hilux much since I am waiting for full ball bearings and I am also waiting for tires. I might just go ahead and work on the body and get that done.

Finally got done with all my classes and finals... so today I was wasting time on a RC video I will be sure to upload sometime in the next week... Maybe this afternoon I will work on one of my Unreal Tournament 3 levels.
