1. Tamiya Madbull suspension, front and back which has toughter springs on it so i can use it to jump without snapping the damper connections off like i have just done. The standard fit ones aren't too great! If you could post a link i would be most obliged! 2. A shop which sells custom decal sets to make my cars look a bit more unique! If there is such a thing of course. 3. How do i post my videos onto my subscribed account? i have tried uploading from my computer it didn't work. I have tried uploading it to photobucket and youtube but it says the format isn't supported! what do you do?

yeh i should have said, the car names are generalized like the avante etc as obviously some hold more than 1 model!

As a new person to the Tamiya craze i have always wanted to know what people think is the best offroad model you can get, now and then so to speak! so i have created a poll to see what people think! If i have missed your favourite out then please add it to a new post!

If anyone has any tamiya madbull wheels they are willing to sell or part with please let me know. MY Madbull came as an XB however they glued the tyres into the rims the wrong way around!! doofuses!

That advert is awesome! short and sweet but still its awesome to see the hobby being exploited and shown off! Personally i think there should be a TV series showing what a cool obsession it is to have haha!!

If only i had realised it was happening sooner then we could have re-arranged things, thing is i already know whats going to happen. The boyfriend has bought me an engagement ring and plans to propose to me that weekend, not sure which day and we have the kids on sunday otherwise his ex will get propper s**tty. Seriously though, if there are anymore coming up in the near future let me know and me and my man will make sure we can get to it. Would have been nice to have broken my new gravel hound in but nevermind!

My boyfriend informs me that as thats my birthday weekend he has plans for us! Can't argue with that really! nevermind! there will always be another time!

aww cheers for that, the boyfriend is at work at the mo but like i said earlier i will run it past him and see what he thinks about coming along! I was afraid you were going to say Yeovil was the nearest station but nevermind! If you can hitch us a lift from bath spa then it is def worth thinking about! Obviously we would give you some petrol money. Will let you know what he thinks and if we are def free that day.

Looking at the terrain on that vid you sent me the link of, that site looks a lot better! Me and the hubby go round this huge dirt track which belongs to a local farmer at the back of my house, there are loads of fields to play about it but no natural jumps. Ideal for buggy racing but thats about it! Though before the 7th i think i would have to put new motors in my buggies as 540's won't be a fun! Its the day after my 20th birthday and we would have the mini charleas so to speak with us too so it is def a possibility! Such a shame not many people down this way that call meets but nevermind! Being a newbie too, i think i could learn a lot from it! Only prob me and the mister don't drive so we would have to see about trains etc! god i really wish i'd learnt to drive sometimes!

Hi i live in Gloucestershire, and i was just wondering if anyone else does? me and my boyfriend are always taking out the madbull and soon i will have a gravel hound 100% finished so, anyone who likes off roading and fancies a small meet, get in touch!

I have been building my first car from scratch. It is so addictive isn't it? can't do anymore now until the radio set and the speed cotroller arrives! Building a Gravel hound, very exciting stuff as my boyfriend told me it would be too hard for me and i have proven him wrong bigtime! who said girls can't build R/C cars! pah. i intend to make many more now!

Those bulls are awesome! i decided to go for a simple spray as i is my very fisrt time of doing it, it is currently purple and silver, just waiting for my decals to arrvie! How on earth do you get that much detail to them? i love it and i see i have a lot to willingly learn! As for the grasshopper 2 look, thats a pretty cool suggestion too! nice and simple =) I shall post the finished product when i have had the clear acrylic come thru to add the final few layers. Really not as amazing as the ones you guys have posted but nevermind! i'm a newbie! Also need to find some new shock absorbers ( that might be the wrong words for them.. the plastic things which hold the springs for the suspension in place - haha i'm so new at all this gargon!!!) as red doesn't really go with purple!

nice monster beetle! i have one of them arriving fingers crossed this saturday from... ebay! haha always ebay lol. Having a real struggle finding a new body for it though as the other one looks pretty old and i want to paint it up and make it look special but its like panning for gold!! knew it would be *sigh*

Hey there! I need ideas as to what to do with my Mad bull, i'm gonna paint up a new body for it and i have no idea what to paint it and need some inspiration really! Any pics of what you have done to give me some ideas would be awesome! obviously i wouldn't copy it as i want something unique! but still ideas would be cool!

Cheers mate lol! I shall bare that in mind! that solves the arguement i just had with my boyfriend haha as we were both right about there being clear and then solid bodies for them! I think i will look out for clear bodies for them both and start again sounds a bit easier to get a better finish!

Hey there i'm charlea and i have just started looking into and buying tamiya off roaders! I so for have a XB madbull and i want to paint the facia or whatever you call it to make it look more unique! I also have just bought a monster beetle and i also want to paint that up too! 1. What paints are best to use? 2. Do i need to by a new outer to re-paint it? 3. How do you paint it? Basic stuff i know but nevermind we all have to start somewhere, right?
