This is a cc-01 bronco i am building for my son so that we can have a couple of scale rigs. I found this to be a fun and easy kit to build. I am now looking for a roof rack, lights, and some scale accessories to finish it out. I notice after taking this pic i didn't have the body matched up with the front bumper (gap) but it is fixed now. The wheels are from losi and tires are from a high lift.
Any info on where to get a rack and light set for a reasonable price lmk. thx.

Nice score! These wheel hubs alone I would say are worth 70.00 plus! They can be used for The Frog, The Brat, and even the Sand Scorcher, Super Champ, and Rough Rider! Congrats on a great find! Are you keeping it in the box or are you going to build it?

Well i just got my first craigslist deal tonight. I got a nib super blackfoot with some additional parts. A complete light set, roll bar lights, grill lights, turn signals, and stop lights. Also to sets of thorp hubs. The kit also has a new set of chrome wheels. If anyone has any information on the light sets it will be appreciated. I got all this for $70.

Neat job, especially considering it's your first one! I was wondering... With what do you weld something like this? 'Cold weld' like JB-Weld (Epoxy), a similar method to soldering, welding with the 'big guns' or are there specialist tools to weld on a small scale?
I used a propane torch and some safety silv solder. I guess you would call it brazing.

Here is a little project i have been working on lately. I was inspired by a couple of these on this site. I have never welded before or attempted anything like this to date so it was a challenge to do but yet rewarding and fun. I still need to fit the electronics and give it a test run. I built this for my son and plan to make one for myself sometime this fall.

mr. lexan from rc10talk.com makes very nice repro sticker sheets.
there's also a original sticker sheet on ebay for 50 bucks.
nice jrx2, they are one of my favorites. i built one for this years vintage off road nationals.
do you plan on running it or is it a shelfer?
This is a shelfer. I still have a few things to add to it. I also have a new built jrxt that i will be painting soon to match. I like the oldies best.

I am getting ready to restore a losi jrx2 buggy and i was wanting to know if the rc10 wheels will also fit on a losi? Also if anyone has some wheels they would like to get rid of lmk.

Here are a few pics of my current scorcher project. I have been working on the car for a long time. I was intimidated by painting the body but i am very pleased with the results. This car is not all original. It has a blitzer body with a monster nose, a awesome alloys chassis, and some new buggy champ parts to round it out due to the cheap prices compared to original. Anyhow here are some pics.

This is some pics of my mountaineer i am currently working on. I have had this truck for about 5 years and just now got around to working on it. I bought it off ebay and It was in excellent shape when it arrived. Since then it has been collecting dust in my garage. I bought the silver decals from here in the shop. Very nice quality. Anyhow i still have detailing to go and a few minor pieces to be added. Overall i am very pleased with the outcome. i hope you enjoy the pics

so it seems the second one could be an academy. From the 80's i presume? Does it hold any value? And i also thought it looked alot like a kyosho decal set myself.

Hello. I just bought a new built kyosho shadow on ebay. These two decal sheets came with it. I know the one is probably from an rc 10 but is it the original version? The other i'm not sure of. Thanks for the help

I got this radio on ebay last week. It is a kyosho impulse stick radio. I believe it is from around 1987-88 era. This is brand new and never been used. It even included sanyo ni-cd rechargeable batteries with it. It even powered up (although weekly). This will be put into one of my optima cars. I got the radio with shipping for under $25.

where did you get your Troll tyres from??
I`ve had some red rears for ages now and cant find any fronts...its bugging me! I was outbid last minute the other day on a complete set! grrrr
I got them on ebay over a year ago along with the frog kit. Just very slow at putting them together. I also have a complete set of yellow troll tires. Now i need to find a black chassis for them.

Thanks for the compliments on my frog. I worked hard on this one. Wanted to be original and build one a little different from what i've seen in the showrooms. Although i did get some good ideas from other peoples cars. I really like the red/black combo though. Hopefully i will be setting up my showroom soon.

Hello. I just completed a new frog yesterday. I used the re-release frog with a new black foot chassis. I am very pleased with the way the car has turned out. I was wondering if anyone on here has the ablility to copy the "no guts no glory" decal in black letters. As you can see my wing is painted red and the decal will not show much so i was wanting one in black. I also am wanting the green antenna flags done in red. If anyone has this ability please let me know. I will gladly pay for them. thanks. I just got my chassis for my project blackfoot built today. Added shocks and used frog chassis of course

Here is a updated photo of my tuber project. I added some new fox wheels and tires to it and installed the electrics. It's been sitting for some time now and i finally decided to finish it. Just need to find some decal for the lights. I really like the gold wheels with this color.
