I was thinking the very same thing earlier, would need a smaller diameter shaft on motor though, or a different gear on the motor? -

Tt01 Wieght Distribution And Handling
wolfdogstinkus replied to Butler's topic in General discussions
A few lead weights in the other side of chassis perhaps? You could weigh the componants (ESC and Receiver?) and the battery, and make up the weight using the lead for even distribution. E2A; HereBeMonsters beat me to it!. -
I didn't really need an answer for that!, should have picked a suitable smiley I suppose! This is a family site after all!!

Surely this deserves a mention in here? But why in the morning?

Extreme Hop Ups
wolfdogstinkus replied to Podder's topic in Monster Trucks, 4x4, Wheelie Rigs and Crawlers
Yep , save your money and buy a peak racing motor, I had a 19T in my pumpkin and it threw it up on one wheel, currently I have a 18T ansmann clash in there and it won't wheelie unless I hit reverse first!, Gonna put the peak racing motor back in! -

I was talking about the number next to my username, you lost me with that DSR?, some sellers will not let you bid without the number being above a certain amount but that will not increase unless the seller leaves me feedback? still a newbie to all this internet stuff so please excuse my ignorance, thanks for replying though Jonny Retro but you have confused me further! (I blame the beer) -

O.k thanks, 4wdmt and skip665, so if I leave negative feedback then the seller will leave no feedback for me!, and if I leave positive feedback he may increase my points, many thanks for your fast reply. -

I cant link to the auction as I have read the rules, but after the recent sand scorcher ebay scam, I thought I would let you all know that there is another one on the bay! If you search for sand scorcher, it should be easy to find, PS, Mods, I am sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place, I have not included the sellers ID as it could be genuine??

Tonys` Lunchbox
wolfdogstinkus replied to tony gti-r's topic in Monster Trucks, 4x4, Wheelie Rigs and Crawlers
I bought a cheapo Hi-tec zebra(I think?) and it had loads of glitching as well, caused me to smash my pumpkin, ended up taking it back to the shop and paying the extra for an acoms set! Looks very nice though, glad you got it sorted before you lost control and smashed it like I did! -
Smashing Pumpkins
wolfdogstinkus replied to wolfdogstinkus's topic in Monster Trucks, 4x4, Wheelie Rigs and Crawlers
Not decided on the motor yet, not run it enough, it seems faster but has less torque and won't wheelie like it used to!, I had a 19T Peak Racing SV2 motor before and that was much better throwing the pumpkin up on one wheel when it wheelied!, my mate had the 21T ansmann clash while I was still running the stock silver can and his was much faster than mine at the time!, but anyway it seems to work ok with the tamiya ESC so if I upgrade again, I shall go with the EZRUN brushless set-up! -

Hey!!, that better not appear in quotes of the week!!!, out of context!! Yes, think the lunchbox mounts would work, but they are also very fragile!! I am sure I seen adjustable body posts, but couldn't find them! E2A:, Could anyone provide thre Tamiya part number for the lunchbox body mounts or a suitable alternative? I have looked at the manual on Tamiyaclub but it shows the Schumacher couger 2000??
