I broke it again,................

The superglue didn't hold!
1st run in the garden and this happened!

Anyone else had this happen?,
They don't make them like they used to,!!!!
-
I noticed my pumpkin has a wobbly wheel, turns out the centre of the wheel has come loose and can be removed from the wheel, but this pumpkin does take some abuse!.
This is why my wheel was a wobbling,

Just checked the other front wheel and that's come loose as well, just hope I can glue them back on straight!.

There is a whole thread about the EZ run combo here
The general opinion is that are a good value system for bashing

When I first posted the topic I said I would get my girlfriend to make a video of the name drawing topless,
I wondered what the original offer was
, thanks for letting us know, don't wanna see you topless though!, why do you have to be topless? -
I saw one of those motors on evil bay earlier today!, I keep meaning to get myself one of those mini Monster Bugs, they are cool.

Guys, I have an idea;
If we can get enough Pumpkins & Lunchboxes together in one go, how about a game of 5 a side footy ?
If Top Gear can do it, so can we !!!!

Whaddya reckon ?
Good plan

Wanted to ask do tamiya or anyone do a light kit for it?
I bought the R/C Light bulb set Item 50320 for my Pumpkin, it comes with the light bulb holders and the screws and the power wire/adapter,Don't know if the lights are the same for the lunchy but you get 2 light bulbs for the front lights!
Hope that helps

From the rules.
15. No matter how well intentioned do not post links to ebay items you may find (except your own of course) why that auction is live. If you do you could find that you actually stop a member getting a bargain by publicising it everywhere. -
Different colour wheels?, I think thats it!.
E2A:sorry, I see you said cosmetics but I (being a bloke was not familiar with that word)
and I have been on the beer again!

Sober Edit: I think the originals were the same but there have been gold and metallic versions, and I have the metallic pumpkin so was thinking of that!

Hopefully the pictures will speak for themselves but if you have any questions please ask, looking for £50 plus postage, would prefer local pickup(near Northampton, England) because this is a large item but I will do my best to preserve the condition of the box during postage(UK only), thanks for looking!!

If you need more pictures, or have any questions please ask, this item is tested and working.
Video of beetle working below.

was'nt as potent as my grasshopper tho lol!!!!

When you opened the box,
Did you inhale the contents and feel the tyres?
(sorry I can't remember who originally came out with that quote?)
-
I got a splitty shell from Kamtec

-

I did say it was bad!!!, thats just paint missing on the roof, not a hole although there is a hole for an arieal there.
-
I got some pics of the beetle in the sales section in the forum but I have fitted the white stadium wheels since then(brand new) and given the beetle shell a paint job, I just had a look on the bay and I see you can still buy the stadium body new, I can take more pics later if you want to see the stadium body but it is very bad, I got it like that.
E2A: Linky

I did have a stadium blitzer but I converted it to a Blitzer Beetle, still have the truck body but it is badly beaten up and have lost the body mounts now!, may do you as a project?
-
A small blob of silicone sealant will hold your leds in place and is easily peeled of if you want to remove them.

-
It would be a shame NOT to let them use it!, for the price of a new battery they could have an excellent introduction to R/C,...
Unless of course you will use the money to buy them a new kit and help them build it?
Welcome to the site, hope you enjoy your stay!

I have to say, I saw the title of this thread and was going to suggest something,...............
Sorry, I shall get my coat
I have had a few beers

E2A:I apologise again, on a more serious note, they are the metric thread?, what length? M3*30mm by any chance?
If it's any help the Blitzer Beetle screw bag A has 3*30mm and 3*25mm and 3*20mm screws included.

I thought it was reserved for us Scots!.
-
Which motors are good value for money and likely to last me a while i'm only bashing.
I have a Peak Racing 19T double and it is very fast, I would recommend it, have also heard good things about the EZRUN brushless combo.
-
I never thought I would see you have a problem and asking for tips, you usually help all us!

I could only suggest warming up the rubber but I guess you have thought of that all ready?
6sets?, no wonder you have blisters, will we see the damage in the r/c injuries thread?

Thanks for that, I had a lunchbox as a kid and I don't remember it breaking as often as this pumpkin does, but only had a silver can back then.
