My Assistant has been doing this ever since sending a PM earlier today, after sending it I could not get back into the forum due to IPS driver error, I am still showing IPS driver error and my assistant appears every time I refresh but at least I can view. Any tips?

By bottom mounts do you mean the rod? I thought the cup at the bottom was the same? I just need two CVA's and its looking like two tops as I cant get the paint off.. My car currently has two CVA and two alloy ones but I'm being anal and want them to match

Well things are a little slow due to needing parts, however I got this in the post this morning Very good quality and look great in red, also must add super service!

Another question re the CVA's is the damper body length, are they all the same? ie If I bought some of the longer Hotshot ones could I just change the spring and rod to make them into short CVA's or is there more to it? Andy

I think what I'll do is get the old girl back on the road and just try the old motor as a stop gap and then look at a new motor. With regards to the separate battery packs I now remember this but I dont know why?? I am sure this is my origional radio gear as Matt has not changed it but I do now remember back in the day having a small black pack of 4 AA's and if memory serves it had a tiny little red lead back to the reciver... This may of been from another car I had which I think was a thundershot I got for bashing second hand off a friend at the time? You've got me thinking now

Thats ok I bought it of that seller too as he was the cheapest, I am trying to make myself feel better that he is not selling the on/off switch bit separate. I am currently trying to figure out if the mudblaster B pack screws are the same as the MB ones as they are a couple of quid cheaper... So do you rate the clash 23t? they are only £6 off Model sport, how do you mean they lock up? literally wont run?

I have just spotted a Tamiya super stock TZ on e-bay but also the ANSMANN RACING CLASH motors look really good value if I only understood what the differences were. Off to hunt google

I dont understand the nuber of turns and what it means? Also are the sport tuned 540's any good or just expensve for what they are? Andy

Ok I got it working, it looks like the brushes were not touching, it needs a clean and new brushes by the looks of it. I plugged it straight onto the battery and boy did it go! I think I nearly had a heart attack.

By rebuild is that just new brushes or does it look worse than that? I will have to see if you can get bits for a technipower (thats if thats what it is). This thing is getting more expensive all the time lol. What would be a good suggested motor if its better to buy new? Tamiya ones look more expensive than the others. Andy
