nah not yet .i put a couple of ones on it to fit the gravedigger shell for now.the body posts are there for the when its out playing with the lexan shell on.
Do they just replace the diff as they are?or are there other bits to them?
Hi all.I`ve opened my clod up tonight to find one of these residing inside.Reading through the clod threads i notice everyone says a high toruqe servo is required. So the question is is anyone in the know enough to know if the acoms as 11 is a high torque?
The thing ive noticed as well is it seems to steer most from the rearmost wheels(rear going forewards and front while reversing). I know that this is due to least resistance but would a proper hi torque servo go someway to solveing it?
And how can you get more throw on the steering?
Sorry with the questions guys but what servo do you recommend? 9kg/11kg/13kg or what?
Hi All.just a quickie but when you change your motor should you reprogramme the esc? just swapped a sport tuned for a silver can and now the teu`s acting wierd.going to reproghramme it after tea,but should you have to? or only when you change transmitters?
Modified the clod a wee bit with some spare tl-01 bits i had
And finally got the gravedigger body fitted
Just waiting for the decals to finish it, and waiting to get the colour scheme right
Dont suppose anyones got any going begging have they?Just broken mine trying to be clever and doing doughnuts.Tried to come in fast and spin it round, over it went and two knackered body posts.one fornt one back!!
just had mine out for a run in the street and in third gear it seems way to fast with the standard silvercan in,so whats the best one to stick in there to slow it down a tad?
I ordered a parma decals set off them 3 weeks ago and nowt has arrived yet,i was just wondering if anyone had dealt with them and what they were like, before i start pushing the panic button
After a bit of practice on scrap lexan ive shelved this idea as requires a LOT more practice.so ive gone for the red with the same kind of pearlescent effect as on my blackfoot. Thing is the red is very thin and when you do lexan do you put a backing coat on like a black or darker more solid colour to make the red stand out?
Does anyone know how on a lexan shell to do a fade effect red to blue? i would like red round the sills and lower doors and blue at the top but with the fade into effect rather than a solid tape line effect.
Any advice welcomed
cheers
