  1. There are some old pics in my showroom, I have changed the chassis since then. The one on it there is a TA-01 and the rear suspention arms are reversed, but it has the correct chassis now. IF you need some others I' will try to take some for you. Thanks Dustin
  2. Anyone notice the market for a particular chassis just dissapear? I mean, when I built my TA-02 with all the options and stuff, there was a few on ebay and they were all expensive. Now there isnt any and the ones that are on there are going real cheap. It just kinda stinks as I was looking to sell mine. Has anyone see nthat happen before, or is it a seasonality curve?
  3. I'm selling off my beloved TA-02 with every option I could get for it, including carbon chassis concours '93 Celica Monte Carlo body, and full CVD shafts among other things. The other complete chassis has aluminum suspention and a set of bearings not even out of the package, and a Ford Expedition body. In "THE BOX" there are few other chassis, a FRP chassis in mint shape, and it looks like enough stuff to make another car, gear boxes, suspention, all that kind of stuff. UPDATE *****Would like to trade for some kind of driveable XR311*****
  4. Anyone have a Toyota Prerunner body they would part with. I'm trying to make a replica of my 1988 4Runner. If anyone has one please let me know. Thanks Dustin
  5. The guy at th ecycle shop I go to has said t ome that the YFZ 450 isnt all its cracked up to be, and is even a little fragile. I've heard the same things from some guys I know that have ATVs. And besides who wants a 4 stroke anyways, ha ha ha.
  6. I do like the Banshee, they had a good deal on them at the local place here in cornwall and I was tempted, but I think I'l just wait till I can get my Tri Z. I just like 3 wheels better than 4. You have any mods done to your bike? I've heard that Banshees on the pipes are hard to beat.
  7. Good point indeed, I have heard that althought the 350X is a 4 stroke it can be a real pain, especially to start since its kick only. For trail riding I would say either a Honda Big Red, or Yamaha YTM 225DX
  8. Actually, you just reminded me that I got a set of Dual Wheel adapters the other day from my LHS here. They had this big box of old school stuff. I had actually forgotten all about it.
  9. I've got a 1980 Yamaha Tri-Moto 125 http://www.yamaha-motor.com/products/atv/e...moto_small.html . The work I just had done was shaving the head, new rings, port and polish the RAD valve, carb and engine ports, re-jet the carb and a few other minor repair things. What a difference that made. It has like twice the power now. But the guy from the shop that did all the work might be able to get me a 200cc motor for a few bucks, that should give it a little more pep. The whole effort is really a stall tactic to keep me from buying a Tri-Z which is what I really wanthttp://www.yamaha-motor.com/products/atv/e...Z250_small.html. 250cc of 2 stroke, liquid cooled, hurt mobile. As far a as yor choice in bikes, the best bet would be that 250R, simpler mechanics, and will blow away a 350X.
  10. Yeah, I used to have a whole assortment of Tamiya models, but I've kinda been selling them off and only really kept the ones i really liked. But as it is I have a monster hornet with the HPI Geolandars on atadium blitzer wheels and a shortened clod body and a hopped up TA02,
  11. I just about to go to pick up my trike from having the motor port & polished, and was wondering if anyone else in the club had a trike? By trike I mean ATC not like one of those bike/VW creations. I have to say I love all the different reactions you get when you tell people you have a 3 wheeler. I had one guy tell me that his friend went to jail just for having one for "Possesing an Illegal vehicle" what a laugh. anywas I think theyre great fun and just wondered if anyone had one.
  12. Yeah, I'm a little curious as to what shop it is too. I thought I went to all of them. Not that old place on Young st by Steeles?
  13. Theres a pretty good parking lot just off the lakeshore after the gardiner ends. I think its A&P or somthing, used to go there all the time with my friends nitro cars. I will go for sure if it comes together.
