  1. There's plenty of information here in the forums, and it depends on what body you have.

    For hard, injection moulded bodies then either soaking it in brake fluid or using a caustic oven cleaner will remove the paint, see here for more info. http://www.tamiyaclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=34577 and http://www.tamiyaclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=45219

    If it is a clear polycarbonate body then anything that will strip paint from hard bodies will damage the polycarbonate. The only product most would recommend for polycarbonate shells is nitro fuel, everything else can harm the body.     ive just bought a esso supra pre finished body for it,for when it goes on the shelf.from dms-racing.com cheaper than ebay.

    will get the blue alloy motor mount,because i like the colour.

    going to buy a protoform rf9f for carpet racing.

    thanks for the tip on running the stock motor,i will definitly give this a go.

    and the 3 crashes tip,but this will probably be a long way off :)
