Hi! Because I am buying a truck that comes with one of those, and it is missing the battery cover. Also, I'm interested in knowing what kind of batteries it requires (pack or loose batteries). You just don't know how glad I am about that!! You have a good Tuesday! EB --

Hey Y'all, I'm trying to find my way to a site where I can find the manual (in PDF) to an old Futaba radio from the early 80's. The model is FP-T4L. Anybody in the know? Best regards to y'all!

Howdy, I would take three of the tires you have pictured in your ad. Take a look at the parts I have for making a trade: http://www.tamiyaclub.com/forum/index.php?...mp;#entry318350 Best regards, EB --

How come? You got one, felt it was not a good performer and sold it. And all of a sudden now you go and got another one?? Anyway, I don't think it's a bad thing, is it? Happy Easter, EB --

Hong Kong Sellers (and Where To Get Stuff)
mongoose1983 replied to OnceAGrasshopper's topic in General discussions
I got my Tamiyas from RCempire, and I'm far down in South America. They are by far the best Hong Kong dealers that you can find on eBay. My experiences with them have been really good. Great communication, unlike Stellamodels. They sell cheap, ship promptly, they use the shipping method you choose, and they package things in a proper way. My two cents. EB -- -
Hey Y'all, Thought some of you might like to see these pics. The 1:1 Subaru Brat sport pick-up truck. Y'all have a nice Tuesday! EB --

Actually, last Saturday I was ready to test my newly restored Super Champ, just to find out that I have no battery packs to fit it! So I'll have to find a used hump pack, open it and replace batteries if I want to use it. Otherwise, where do I find the $10 or $20 new ones that I can use? Best regards, EB --

I been going through their site -nowhere to find the pre-wired plugs you mention. :-( I wonder if anybody out there has changed the servo plugs? You have a nice week.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, I have to sell some things this week to raise money to find a used Subaru Brat shell. Well, title says it all. Please examine pictures attached to check what you're getting. Best offer in USD will get it. Condition: Never painted, never used, and unscratched. I take Paypal. Regular 10-15 days shipping world-wide is $9. If you prefer it to be sent registered that will be extra. After sending it, I will e-mail pictures of both, the package and the postoffice ticket to ensure the date of shipping. Best regards, EB --

It's not the car. It's the way you drive it. If you only like to go to the fullest then you should consider the use of a wheelie bar on its rear end. Best regards, EB --

Who said Tamiya car wheelies are not "scale"?? Watch this one! -
Yes, of course. And also, you might get lucky and hit the ultimate BIN at eBay. One or two years ago I saw a battered BIN Bruiser for $100. While I was checking the shipping options to my country some lucky A.H. hit the BIN and got it. I was ready for a hara-kiri!! :-( But, while I thank you all very much for the ideas regarding the old 3-speeders, I was wondering if anyone can tell a little about the performance differences between a Bruiser and the 1st gen Hilux. Y'all have a nice Wednesday! EB --
-
And what about the differences between the 1981 Hilux and the 1985 Bruiser when running them outdoors? Also, any opinions on the driving differences between these classic pick-up R/C models with nowadays 3-speeders?
-
Hey everyone! I was reading another posting somewhere in this forum and got curious. I have eight Tamiya R/C models, and I am getting curious about early 80's 3-speeders. The classic pick-up trucks do look far better than any of the newer Tamiyas, but since I have never driven one of them, I am wondering if their looks match their running capabilities. As shelfers they are wonderful but how do they work while hitting the dirt? Do they really worth the money they sell for? I wonder what the owners can say about these trucks. Y'all have a great week!
