YES YES THATS THE ONE! I'm almost CERTAIN that's the motor I had. I was sooooooooo fast, can you find out somehow how many turns that one is? How many out of interest was a Technigold because I reckon it was easily as powerful as that to be honest!! Any way we can test your motor??

I have to say that I love MBs the most. I ended up getting one off ebay second hand due to waiting forever in the vein hope that Tamiya would release one. Apparently they have issues over licensing the actual bodyshell so I've been told so I guess its a no go until such time as that changes, if at all??

OK I have a VERY embarrassing confession to make, I'm not gonna lie to you all, one of the wires was stuck under the ESC after I had taped it down and I did'nt even see it! Once I taped it up it works fine! On another annoying front though I ordered the special body shell mounts for my body from Tony's Tamiya parts, waited ages, then he emailed to say he had made a mistake with the listing! DOH I now have to wait longer and re-order from someone else, this project has now taken me over 2 years (mainly due to lack of time with a lovely boy we have!) Thanks as always for all of your help and although I've been VERY stupid, at least its fixed now!

Hi, the thing is, its NEVER BEEN USED! It's brand new out of the packet!

Jammer - yes the Black wire is facing the edge of the receiver. The steering servo is in Channel 1, if I put it into channel 2 I have to steer with the throttle?!!.. Mike_o - Yes the ESC just keeps on flashing the same constant flashing no matter what I do

The steering works fine and when the motor is plugged in the ESC does beep yes, and the light constantly flashes! Confused about the 'red' wire though as its definitely plugged into the receiver.

Constant non stop flashing. Battery FULLY charged. Brand new not wet at all. Receiver is brand new and so is the speed controller!

I have tried and tried and to no avail, so weird! I connected the motor and noticed the speed controller started beeping as if to say there was no connection with the transmitter yet I have tested the transmitter with another car and crystal and it works fine, I even swapped crystals into the receiver for the TEU but still no good. I'm really stuck with this one

Err but the LED red light still constantly flashes and nothing else happens Any further suggestions??!

Mine had different decals on it but looked pretty similar to this, it was SO FAST!!

The red LED just keeps flashing constantly all the time, it's a nightmare because i've read the instructions nside and out and there i no diagnosis for this, it simply says the first time you try and set it the light should flash once!! Any ideas guys? Thanks as always!

Yup not too bothered about that it'll mainly be a shelf queen with the occasional use I think, I just want to try and avoid drilling the extra holes seeing as they are rather large! Thing is, I can only see hop up ones at the moment, does anyone know where I may be able to get the standard plastic black ones from? Ebay is not good unfortunately!

looking into that its a great idea...I can only see hop up aluminium ones though not that standard black plastic ons which is all I am after really!

Hi there, yup you are dead right, my mistake for messing up the holes!! Will try alternatives first and if I get no joy I will just drill some more holes where they should have been drilled in the first place!!

Hi guys, here is the body shell sitting on with the most extended pegs I can fit from the TT-01 chassis. As you can see its almost there but not quite! When I push the front down, the back end pops up!...

Not too sure what they are actually called or what to look for on ebay If I were to put the extender ones on the front that came with the kit, they miss the front body shell holes by a matter of about 5-10m that's all
