  1. They had a nice price tag as well l I think:-) One buyer got 3, the other got 2. Bet they will be re-sold soon for a good profit... Update: I just bought one myself. There were two left seconds ago. Can never have too many of these :-)
  2. Has the Volvo bodyset been re-released? I saw 5 of them for sale from a well known e-bay shop earlier today.
  3. Maybe Modelsport.co.uk can help you? Good luck hunting :-)
  4. He-he! You are the man Paul :-)
  5. Parma Fashine Body Wash/Wax: http://www.shopatron.com/product/part_number=40203/137.0 Note: It is not for painted surfaces and will remove permanent marker , etc That's exactly why it'good for paint removing :-) Carson Paint Killer: http://www.carson-modelsport.com/en/produc...ArtNr=500908113 Haven't tested it though because it's not available here in Norway Hope it helps
  6. Carson claims that their Paint Killer removes even nitro proof paint. Fashine ( by Parma I think) Body Wash & Wax for Lexan bodys works great when applied on the inside of the shell. Just have to leave it on for about 1/2 hour, then you should see a reaction on the paint.
  7. How to mount sponge tires to Gr.C wheels. Look at the attached picture... I ordered 2 front and 2 rear tires + 4 wheels yesterday. Price: $22 plus s/h.
  8. Reveral shops have them, and I don't think links are allowed here, but you can check out Tony's Tamiya Parts/europro975 or cty300. Both have them in stock.
  9. Like Origineelreclamebord says, you can use Tamiya 53090 RD Tire/Tyre Cap Set to put on the sponges. I have tried it, but I didn't get it right, so I ended up ruining all 4 tyres :-(
  10. I know nothing about the F103GT cars, but it seems like the parts needed for the conversion are: front knuckles, front wheelaxles, front and rear wheel hubs, diff joint and wheel stopper. If that's right it will cost more than half a complete F103GT chassis set. Hope I'm wrong...
  11. The F103GT thing is a very good idea! Do I only need front knuckles and hubs?
  12. I agree with Sandmann that MSC's will be "rare" and "vintage" in 20 years. Maybe sooner than 20 years from now....
  13. Hallo to you all! I'm about to buy some new tires and wheels for my 58094 Honda NSX. What tires do you guys recommend for running on smooth asphalt? I need some good looking wheels to. Can I use tires and/or wheels from Tamiya's formula cars? Thanks in advance and have a good day! Vidar
  14. Have a look at the "Tamiya RC 30 Years Perfect Album". It covers 1974-2006.
  15. I have a brand new Opel Calibra bodyshell and all the accessories needed + both Cliff and Calibra V6 DTM decalsets. I'm going to paint the shell soon, but I'm not able to decide... black or white.....black or white.... What do you think guys? Thanks for your time and help!
  16. Thanks for the info! So much to learn :-) The rotor might well be an original Technigold rotor if I understand you right? All armatures were green in both ends. Will other rotors/armatures from Mabuchi have different colors, or doesn't the colour tell anything?
  17. As the title says, but it doesn''t have to be new or perfect. Decals not needed. PayPal perfered, but trade with some Porsche 959 or Celica Gr.b parts possible. Please let me know...
  18. Unpainted Fox wing wanted. Must be new or like new condition. A really good repro will also do. PayPal prefered, but I have some vintage parts, both new and used, if that's more interesting. Mostly for the Porsche 959 and Celica Gr.b. Please let me know...
  19. Yesterday I opened some of my Technigolds for inspection and a good clean. Then I noticed the rotors were not looking the same. Two of them were different. They did not have the "grooves" marked with red in the picture. Is there only one type of rotor for this motor? Maybe the different looking rotors are for the Technituned or Technipower? Hope for some help with this.
  20. One of my purchase was like this: TAMIYA TLU-01 LED LIGHT UNIT: 24.50 USD, S/H to Norway: 13.50 USD, TOTAL: 38 USD. Very reasonable I think. And as said it was shipped next day. You should be safe buying from this seller.
  21. I have only bought from them ones (about one year ago), but the item was shipped out fast. Actually the day after payment was recieved. Would buy from them again if nothing has changed for the worse since then. Haven't checked their feedback lately...
  22. They are not the same. Frog bodyposts are longer than Fox's.
  23. Here I am with my brand new Hornet before its very first run. Only tested that the radiogear and servos worked properly. The date is August 9. 1985.
