Hi All, Does anyone know where I can get a hold of some TS-16 (lunchbox) spray paint? seems to be a shortage where ever I look.... Have Tamiya recalled the TS selection? Thanks again

Hi All, First tamiya kit I've built and I'm having great fun. Just one question I though someone might be able to help me with with in the gear bag their is an odd cog/component which I can't seem to locate within the instruction manual! I have attached the picture with the item circled could someone point me in the right direction? Many thanks
