  1. Thanks for the replies. The clutch bell is look a little tired to be honest. I haven't checked the shoes since I bought the new O.S. engine. I am finding when fitting a TNX spur gear on I have to open the gearbox up as I can't get it tight enough. Something isn't quite right there thinking about it as I type this! I did read somewhere that someone has successfully run a Traxxas Revo spur gear and a different clutch bell. Has anyone heard of that or similar? I was thinking of a different brand gearbox but where to start and what brand/model to take the gearbox from is the question! If possible I would like to keep it nitro as I have another brushless truck already. Cheers Will
  2. Hi all, Since changing the engine in my Terra Crusher I'm going through TNX spur gears by the bucket load. I am wondering if anyone has upgraded the gear box and spur from a more recent vehicle? The truck is awesome but spares are becoming more of a nightmare! Cheers Will
  3. Hi all, I'm having serious trouble finding a replacement spur gear for my Terra Crusher. Does anyone know if the TNX ones will fit? They are slightly cheaper and you get 2 in the pack by the looks of it. I'm not sure if the pitch or the teeth are the same though. Cheers
  4. I'm after a spur gear for my Terra Crusher. Part number 50960 I believe. Thanks Will
  5. - Payment via PayPal including fees/gift or bank transfer. - Please allow a couple of days to get items posted as I have exams at the moment and work - Offers welcome on multiple items. - Keep checking back as I'll be adding more! 1) Set of 4 used Savage wheels (painted silver/grey) and tires on a 17mm hex fitting. Good used condition. £16 posted 2) Jammin JP-1 tuned pipe and manifold. Excellent condition with very little use. SOLD 3) Traxxas Slash/Rustler/Bandit/Stampede 86T spur gear. Brand new. SOLD 4) Acoms Techniplus 4 (4 channel radio, receiver and battery pack (no servos)) Brand new, only taken out to test with my King Hauler. SOLD 5) Traxxas Revo Platinum Edition shell. I bought this on here a few months back with the intention of making it fit on my Savage, sadly that wasn't the case! I peeled a couple of stickers off which left a little sticky residue. A drop of nitro fuel will remove them instantly. £10 posted 6) HPI Savage Shock Springs. Bought these a couple of weeks ago thinking they would fit on my Savage Flux. Sadly they are too small. Only opened to fit, never used. More information here. £6 posted 7) Schumacher Carpet Dragons - 3 pairs, brand new. £15 posted 8) Schumacher dish wheels (white, poor quality picture). 2 had tires on but removed. £6 posted 9) 2x Ferrari sheels (Enzo & F430 (comes with new uncut spoiler), drilled for TT-01 chassis. Bought on the forum but never used. The Enzo has been sat on a shelf and has a couple of tiny blemishes. The F430 is brand new. £20 each posted, £35 for the pair posted 10) Brand new black wheels. Designed to compliment the Enzo shell (above). No foam inserts. £10 posted
  6. Selling my TT-01 as I'm not using it much any more. It comes with an Associated Reedy Stockstar 24 turn motor (similar to http://www.modelsport.co.uk/?CallFunction=...p;ItemID=29393) and Tamiya steering servo. There are loads of Yeah Racing adn Tamiya hop-up parts installed. Both the front and rear diffs are locked for drifting but can easily be reversed. The chassis is a little dusty so apologies for that in the pictures. Alloy motor mount Alloy steering linkages Alloy drive shaft Alloy suspension Alloy motor heat sink + more You will require an ESC, body shell (2 Ferrari shells available on other sales thread). I have temporarily misplaced the battery holder so will include velcro straps if I can't find it. Also included is more spares and other hop-ups than you'll know what to do with! For this little lot I'm asking £85 posted ONO. There will be a set of Tamiya drift wheels included.
  7. I've often wondered this too. Tamiya cars seem to depreciate in value rapidly until they are no longer in production when they shoot up again! But why spend a fortune on a kit and never use it... baffles me!
  8. I'm selling my M-05 Pro which I recently bought. I don't have anywhere suitable to run it without getting it badly scratched up. It has been run for a total of 10 minutes which has left some very minor markings on the chassis underside. The shell is brand new although it didn't come with decals or window masks. The M-05 Pro will arrive fully boxed with many spares and the manuals. SOLD Thanks for looking
  9. As Howard said, apologies for the delayed reply. Sadly it's a no after making us wait for weeks on end. There are masses of fields around Cambourne so we're hoping to speak to the farmers and see if they'll allow us to use a bit of their land. Failing that I think we're stuck
  10. After the ones that don't go on the bumper if that helps (smaller ones). Need to dig out the manual to check to be exact.
  11. No problems at all on a normal 7.2v pack. I'll try reprogramming the ESC, good idea
  12. Only ran it twice now so I'll keep working on it. The Glitch Buster only managed to decrease my run time by quite a bit and shorten the radio range. It has to be the ESC as I had no problems with other ESC's I've ran the Smart Stop on. Thanks for the replies so far
  13. It's most odd, I tried turning off my TX and instead of the normal beeps the ESC puts out, the car shot off full whack again... only this time I couldn't control it Didn't collide with anything fortunately! I've put on the Novak Glitch Buster to see if that helps anything at all. As said above, it could be the way things are powered.
  14. I converted my TT-01 over to LiPo the other day. I changed the TEU-101BK's plug to deans and wired in a Novak Smart Stop. Everything was running perfectly until the Smart Stop kicked in (it did kick in when it should to protect the LiPo). The power cut to the motor as normal but then began to give it burst power... it would shoot off, stop, shoot off, stop, etc. I could still steer no problem but had no control over the power. It makes stopping it to unplug a bit of a pain. Anyone have an ideas? A few pictures of my TT-01.
  15. PM sent. Still after a couple more sets if possible.
