Yeah i figured that it was a lego bit as soon as my mate sent me the picture lol The gerbox is in A1 condition the only part missing from it is a bevel gear!!! The reason it was taken apart was that we were about 8-9 when these things were bashing about and thats what interested 10 year olds do! take things apart lol I have the original manual and have purchased all the original screw bags a couple of parts trees and new tyres. The only important things i am missing are a rear suspention mount (will buy the CRP brace pack), the brace that goes between the rear body mounts (not too important) and the body! Wheels will have to be sprayed yellow until i find a set at a decent price as they have be `cutomised` with a black marker pen!!! I will be starting to build this up when i have a bit more spare time! Tony....

I think it cost me around 60 from Modelsport UK, it has the worlds smallest receiver with the worlds largest handset! go figure lol The extra receivers are like 30 each so it may take some time before all my cars are running them. The glitching with the Hitec stuff made the car jurk whilst pulling away and losing control of the steering whilst doing so. Also forgot to mention, I ordered 2 3600mah batts from Vapextech but they sent me 2 4300mah ones instead lol Not bothered just meant that i`ve had to buy a Pro Peak 2500 delta peak charger from the bay to charge them!!! (not the varipulse one as i`ve heard bad stuff with them + NiMh batts) Just the 3rd shock mod to go and its done! Tony....

Finally managed to find spare some time to get my rear shocks built and mounted, install a sport tuned and my 2.4ghz radio gear. Sits much nicer now and i have got rid of the glitching by swapping the radio gear (cheapo entry level hitec stuff) My mate also went out and bought a metallic pumpkin so we can go out bashing! Motor and rear shocks mounted New radio gear Couple of poser shots! Tony....

Take a look over on rccrawler.com in the 1.9 scale section or just search for cc/xc-01 pajero or jeep I have this chassis built up with a Novak 55 turn motor and Mtronik 21sc, thats as far as i got and havnt even ran it yet as i fubar`d the body whilst painting!!! It will get chopped up and made into a pickupjero with all scale goodies. Tony....

Your right they were much faster back in the day! I got my shocks from Stella models off of ebay 2 sets cost $49 - 33 inc postage, they are in Hong Kong - http://stores.ebay.co.uk/stellamodels I have ordered loads of stuff from them, shipping is fast and never had one problem or ever paid import duty. Tony....

Just ordered 2 sets of CVAs to fit to the back and make 3rd shock so i will have one spare if anybody wants to buy it? Also waiting on 2 Vapextech 3700mah packs coming off of ebay. Will run the stock motor and see how it performs before i take the sport tuned out of the Hornet. Tony....

Small updatee, Just fitted 50520 CVAs to the front and set them at 80mm with the medium piston and hard springs. It sits much better now! Think i`ll order the ones for the rear soon, anybody know what one to use for the 3rd shock??? Tony....

Yeah, my son has just turned 2 on the 22nd Dec so he is a bit young yet, I`m building the collection for when he is a bit older lol I have just ordered 2 50520 CVA shocks for the front for now and will get the other 2 when i find a matching shock for the 3rd shock mod. I have just put bearings in tonight and will put in a Sport Tuned motor eventually. Tony....

I was lucky enough to get a Lunchbox off my Girlfriend for christmas, I dropped a few hints as i always wanted one when i was a kid, as i bet most on here did! I already have a re re hornet and am really kicking myself for telling my dad it was ok to throw out my original Falcon a couple years ago when he found it in his garage BUT! my friend has an original Blackfoot in his dads loft he said i can have!
