      PS : I think 540 is way overpowered and I'll be dropping a 380 in.

      No, thanks for the heads up :). Tempted, but not sure at the moment.

      It will definitely take a 540 because mine has one fitted to it :). Just wondered if it was a stock thing for the Kyosho or an upgrade by a previous owner.

      BTW - does yours have a 380 or a 540 sized motor? Pretty sure back in 1984 (I used to have one back then) it came with a 540, but recently I've seen quite a few with 380 motors. The one I have now has holes for both motors - not sure if a retro-fit option or if a difference between the Kyosho and Robbe variants maybe ?
