  1. I am going to try GB-01 blue alloy shocks front and rear. Just have to wait for them to arrive.
  2. I find that the RE/RE SS rear suspension is weak when I install a 7.2 hump pack to run it. I'm think about removing the rear torsion bars and installing coil-over shocks. Anyone out there install different shocks in the SS? If so what did you put on?
  3. I have placed some Ford F150 Ranger , Blackfoot, Monster Beetle and other items that might interest people that need items to finish their vintage builds. Check my trade section and Ebay auctions.
  4. Well, I guess I'm one of the only guys that never really wanted one. I saw the MSRP on TamiyaUSA and at over $1,200. I know I'll never get one. Actual prices will be cheaper but there are still better and more scale type trucks out there. I am happy for the guys that really wanted this but its too much for me. Besides my wife would kill me if I brought one home.
  5. Been thinking of Ebaying the one I have. Check my showroom, I have it mounted on a chassis I custom built.
  6. I have 2 complete sets of wheels, 4 shocks, some other stuff too. Check out my trades section in my profile.
  7. WANTED> I'm looking for the two aluminum rods that connect the roll cage together. The one at the top and the rear.
  8. I'm looking for left and right red chassis peices for a vintage Blackfoot or Monster Beetle.
  9. Anyone know how many tooth pinion gear is needed when using the Thorp diff and counter gear?
  10. I have 2 Blackfoot Thorp ball diff gears. 1 black, 1 white. The black one has 6 holes for the diff balls and the white gear has 12. Anyone know why? The instructions show they only use 6 diff balls and the gear only has holes for six, thus the black gear is the one in the instructions. I'm thinking the white gear would be better because of the use of more diff balls. What do you think?
  11. Thanks, I am looking for the thrust bearing wshers.
  12. Does anyone know if all the internal parts are the same for all Thorp differentials. I am talking about the diff adjustment hardware, washers, etc.
  13. Send me your e-mail and I'll send you a picture. It won't let me post it on the forum.
  14. I need 1 thrust bearing washer #4440 for my Thorpe ball diff in my Blackfoot project. I know they are hard to find (next to impossible) but maybe someone might have extras that they would sell. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
