  1. Check out the videos of the first drive: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/The-B...187259324625531
  2. We are almost finished! Current engine is a 2276ccm with approx. 180hp that will go in the Sand Scorcher 2 later this year! Check out our FACEBOOK to see the rest! http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Bug-Box-...187259324625531 The car can be seen in Esher at the VOLKSWORLD SHOW, in Hannover at the 1st of Mai and at Klassik Welt Bodensee from may16th!
  3. If you are at the Volksworld Show this year you will get another cool picture I´m sure! See you there! Walter
  4. Some details! We just got the spare wheel cover back!
  5. We won´t do this one as the base is too expensive and a Monster Truck chassis wont look right! We are doing many Sambas but lowered rather than raised.
  6. We sure will as the entrance is 1,60metres above the ground!
  7. We will probably do the Motor but not the battery! We still have the 10:1 acoms remote from The Scorcher!
  8. Just to see how tall it is compared to a 1,85m guy!
  9. The wheels will stay like this as we are doing box art not model! We might have an engine cover and wheelie bars but not sure yet! We are building anotherbScorcher too and maybe a Rough Rider soon!
  10. Finally on it´s wheels! I can´t believe that it´s so tall!
  11. It will have eyes cut in so that everybody can be a driver! It is based on a real helmet.
  12. The HEAD "HELMET" is almost done! We are working on the spare wheel at the moment!
  13. It won´t be in Nuernberg as Tamiya doesn´t need it. They want to promote the new models. They do not produce a Wild Willy at the moment!
  14. Hello, some of you might know that we hav built a real size Sand Scorcher 2 years ago that now resides in the entrance hall of the TAMIYA headqauter in Japan. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1...5531&type=3 and http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1...5531&type=3 Now we are comissioned to build a WILD WILLY M38 and another SANDSCORCHER for a museum in Hamburg. The Willy will be finished soon and can be seen on various show in Europe this year, starting with Freddy Files in Ninove this march followed by the Volksworld Show in Esher/ GB, 1st of may Volkswagen Show in Hannover. If you like to see the whole project, then check out our facebook pages: http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.3...5531&type=3 and http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.2...5531&type=3 Here is a link to the same subject on the vintage discussions forum: http://www.tamiyaclub.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=64460 I hope you like it!
