  1. I hope they do re-re this one, as i want the body, so that i can make my own chassis, proper VDub style I have always had a soft spot for the Fugly HB ,ever since my spoilt cousins had one for Xmas, and had smashed it to bits within weeks I could only dream of RC cars at that time. But it would be cool if the re re had same classic chassis, so i could have one for true nostalgia.
  2. Took delivery of new isue of Evo Magazine yesterday, it has a big story on 1.1 Sand Scorcher. It should be in shops next few days.
  3. Nice to see all positive comments on pistonheads site about this real SS , Its one of the rare times that all the comments on a subject have been good & no nasty diggs. I think Tamiya are going to sell as many of the re re as they like. Well done to Bugbox for workmanship on real Scorcher.
  4. It is goin to be interesting to see what wild and original paint schemes folks do to new Riders? As we dont need to feel quilty about keepin em original. Plus it can only be good for 30year old nib Rough Riders, As now nobody would need to build a classic nib. As i know if i had gotten my sticky mits on a vintage nib up till now? I would have built the sucker! So now i can get that nostalgic feelin of a new build but not feel guilty! Plus i cant wait to let rip on some mods. Nice one Tamiya!
  5. This is Fantastic news! Now i can build a NIB & Modify it to my hearts content without feelin guilty about originality! i think Tamiya will make a killing on this Re-re. Just finnished my RR resto and was goin to use it? But now am goin to stick it in a case for show! So when i get my hands on a new re re RR i can thrash the nuts off it! I wonder if they have made enough room for Lipo's & a Brushless??
