Nice! Those wheels look great. I think i would leave them on there.
Rich
I guess i could leave it or change it to a different color. I have a few of the alloy covers i bought before for the never ending projects.. Rims are actually made by Rad Awesome alloys.. Got lucky on those 2 piece wheels.

-
Got this re-re frog with some nice alloy wheels.. I'll probably put the wheels in a different project later on..
Have a few frogs around here.. :-)

Fixed the cracks on two of the super champ shells..
Sorted the srb packs that are sitting around in bags.. Bag of bits...
-
That's the original alright. Very nice. You going to rebuild/repaint and run it?
I'll probably leave it as it is.. I don't think i can run it in that condition..:-)

Happy to have found this one.. My first fast attack.. :-) Its new Built. I thought at first its just a re-re one.. But i guess its not? Kindly confirm experts.
No scratches on the chassis or anything comes with some new extra parts too...

Installed some aluminum bits on my cr01 land cruiser... Need more bits.. they are addictive...

-
Do you have a spare body to make into a runner? It would be nice to keep that one for a shelfer..

-
Yep a Hummer it is, nice looking chassis (where does it say Madcap? up front inside it should be printed manta ray)
The plexiglass parts are out of place, you could use the chassis to make this

Oh yeah it was manta ray... not mad cap...

Hmm.. Any other options?

-
I got this with the lot of optima. Not sure which rc this is.. It has madcap written on the chassis.
Any help would be great....

I seem to keep finding hotshots first versions in pretty good condition. I was looking for something to tinker a little bit..
This one only seems to need some dusting again...

Sent you a message.
I should rename this to screwbox lol... Since it only fits small stuff...
-
When you're at it do you have some pics of Willy's Wheeler?
is it an original the wheels look different?
Wheels on the wheeler are original. Tires are cracked ;-(I'll take some pics of the wheeler too..
-
We never had the chance to have a look at the finished Bruiser. Would be nice, specially after they released a new version of this legendary 4x4 pick-up.
I'll take some pics of it.. Its been sitting on the shelf since...

Sorted out the parts i have in boxes.. I need parts hangers like the hobby shop Lol....

-
Those switch covers would have been worth a small fortune before the Buggy Champ came out...
I wonder if there is any difference on it. I'll get the one on my buggy champ & compare..
-
and a nice load of Willy M38 parts.
Still figuring out what the other parts are for..
nice find !
Thanks!
Can't believe it. You're such a lucky guy, Nelson! I'm in need of one of the upper bits as I damaged mine on my Sand Scorcher. And I don't even have one single rubber cover for the switches in my cars

Just got lucky i guess. There is a few more i didn't get a chance to take a pic yet.. Some i don't know what it is for...

-
Found a lot of parts all mixed.. Great to restore all my srb's & other rc's around... :-)

My is about the same, except half of the case is for tools. But if one thinks about it these cases are more for parts rather than for tools. What tool can fit into a 40mm x 400mm compartment. Mind you some are with the adjustable compartments but is really not a tool case or tool box.

You are right it should be called a spare parts case/box for tiny bits..:-)
I have an old Quality street tin and a wooden box (originally for 4 bottles of nice Claret
) full of SRB spares, some rather worse for wear but usuable in an emergency. I dare say there is enough to make 85% of a chassis if i wanted to. I have a cardboard box (2' x 1.4' x 1') full of wheels n tyres , after selling off a load of wheels a few months back
Hardly vintage spares but a 45 litre storage box full of spray paints, and another 4 bottle wine box with electrics (servos, RX, motors, ESCs).
Other vintage spares left over from rebuilds/restorations are stored in the individual storage boxes with the cars (Avante, Egress, Avante 2001, Vanquish, Astute , Hotshot etc etc)
My first one is the blue rubbermaid lunchbox/container had it since the frog days.. Lucky to be still around after all those years.. :-)
