    Yeah, I'd like to visit Boondall at some point in the future, it's a hike for me too. There is the track at Carole Park were they race - apparently they were going to be building a vintage track next to it. Never been there so don't know if it's been built or not.

    Any decent spots on the southside? I'm only really familiar with Thorneside and the little track near me at Redland Bay. There are a few bike tracks around the place but aren't very vintage friendly.

    Cool. I may have something on the night of the 21st so either morning (like 10 or 11) or early arvo works for me.

    Yeah, let's not do this weekend - too short notice. Let's maybe aim for the 21st so it gives us time to prep some stuff. Do you have a preference for morning/arvo?

    Sunday works for me. Maybe Thorneside? Pretty vintage friendly. Not sure how the cars will hold up. They seemed OK when the kids ran them in the yard the other day, although my Thundershot sounded a bit rough.

    Yeah been way too long. Good to hear you're still around Johann and have some cars to run. Happy to work in with your availability. Weekends work best for me. Have 3 kids these days so don't have alot of time to myself but they are getting older and lots more independant. We can just do something local to make it easy. I'm still at Mt Cotton so not too far from all our old local haunts!

    Hey Johann Yep, I’m keen for a run soon. Ironically, I’m actually up Mark’s way at the moment as I’m on holidays with the kids for a week.

    Hey Mark! Good to hear that you kept a few runners. Johann mentioned that you’d sold off most of the collection. Beach run could be good. Any decent dirt tracks (like Thorneside) up your way? If you feel like breaking some stuff, there’s always Boondall as well!

    Yep cool. There’s been no rain over here for a few hours now so hopefully it dries up by tomorrow as I’m keen as for some RC action.

    Yep, 1pm sounds good. I live about 15 mins from the Redland Bay track at Talburpin Park so I can always duck over and see what condition it is in tomorrow morning. Ive been to Venman National Park as it’s not far from here. Didn’t really see any spots to run RC cars but we entered from West Mt Cotton Road.

    It’s raining a fair bit over my way (Mount Cotton) at the moment with more due throughout the day so this may not be on the cards tomorrow. In terms of venue, I was thinking either Thorneside or the little track at Redland Bay; but open to other suggestions. 1-2pm would work for me time wise.
