Pics linked from TamiyaUSA don't always show up;
Now, I actually quite like the look of that body. But why o why does this chassis continue to be used. Underpowered, garbage suspension- you need atleast another hundred bucks to make it remotely interesting. Would really love to see the big T do a better twin motor truck as these are kinda boring and aimed at entry-level (how unusual).

Haha, great stuff! They got some cool pics- the Frog is a pain to drive at times but as Ive always said, it suchy a great jumper!

I actually wouldn't mind it being on another chassis, more reason to get one and park it alongside my originals, the old and the new side by side kinda apeals to me
Maybe they will just change the name- Super Fox or Thunder Fox or Fire Fox!

If you look at tamiya they seem to bring out two cars per chassis . This is why we can be sure it will becoming , BUT
the big thing is we don't / won't know when . Everything is there for the wild one , they have even got the shock set .
Well hope so anyway .
I think the wild one will definately be re-released. They would not have started reproducing the parts with just the fav in mind. Later this year is my guess- possibly around August- September.
My dark horse for a possible re-re is the Fox.

Well, since Tamiya have not updated their "new releases" web page since November, either they are holding some surprises, or haven't been very busy. And we know they've been busy.
I wouldn't bother with that website-its always updated months later. Hopeless really.
Stick with Tamiyablog for all the latest news.

If it is the re-re, any 2.2 sized tyres should fit I believe. For the rear, I would try Losi step pins (red,if not silver). I think they give the best grip on dirt.

No go for me this weekend but next weekend is clear....so far. Should we have an off-road run at thorneside or something? Then we can have a beach run when everyone is free. Thoughts?

Yeah mate it's on springwood road. It's closer to the daisy hill end and is opposite the tennis club. There is a carpark next to the reservoir in front of the girl guides.

Very easy. Click on add movie from the top right hand side (make sure you are signed in first). From there follow the instructions. If you want to link to your youtube account like alot of us do, fill in the bottom section only.

830- 9? That's fine with me. Have you been there before? The best entrance that's near the track is at the end of Phillip street, off serpentine creek road. It's a fun little off-road track- vintage friendly. I hope yogi reads this forum before tomorrow.
