  1. Hi All, Thought i would share, I haven't really done much rc related in a while, but i did recently finish this wild willy body on a Axial ax10 chassis. Fun runner Thanks for looking
  2. Cool! such a unique build, I really love the flame throwing wheelie bars, defiantly going to have to borrow that idea
  3. Hi All, I have this very nice WW2 roller for sale, heaps of body and chassis details, ball raced box and rear hubs but not the front wheels. 4. Hi All, Im selling a few of my cars to make way for some new projects. I have had this mainly as a shelfer but it does have quite a few runs on it. very nice condition, I have given it a nice tidy up before selling. Features willy driver, fully ball raced, custom rear tray panel, Alloy motor mount, and some bright paint also plenty of spares. Any questions just PM me. Would like $180 ono, pretty open to offers. These are great cars they handle superb. I am also open to swaps say an Axial AX10 or Tamiya TA. for shipping quotes PM me. No motor esc or steering servo. Cheers, Brenden. Waiting for it's new owner
  5. Made a sun visor, it can get pretty glarey here Pretty chuffed with these tail lights Cheers
  6. Hi All, Got the chance to do a bit more on the cage, only held in by blu tac atm and also needs to be sprayed silver. img=http://i1342.photobucket.com/albums/o766/BJK12345/IMAG1655_zpshyvkozve.jpg] Cheers
  7. I have always loved MX5's. such great little cars. Check out this beast, probably the fastest one in Australia, mid 7s from a 13B turbo. Anyway looking forward to seeing your build.
  8. Got started on the front vent, still needs a good tidy up and the inner section built to channel air directly onto the heat sink. Should keep things a bit cooler on those back to back car park sessions Started mocking up the cage, was thinking of running it through the rear window and through out the cab. not 100% decided though, what do you reckon?
  9. Finished up the trim for the front guards, plenty of clearance now and super low ride height. You guys were right, better without the over fenders! The body seems to flow now as the front and rear guards are trimmed into the body the same amount and the cab is the widest part. Willy scored himself a seat! He will be nicely perched on the battery holder but there is a fair bit of trimming to make it work. He also needs an operation on his right arm so both hands are on wheel. Next up is to finish the final sand around the rest of the body, then onto a few more details, bonnet vent and roll cage. Cheers.
  10. +1 for the metal shaft And agree on the tacky red bits... just keep it all black! thats just be picky though, looks good and the body is fantastic.
  11. I totally agree with you on the anchor effect.. I have recently thinned out my collection quite a bit and I'm much happier, I don't really like having boxes and boxes of unfinished projects. I would rather just have a 5 or 6 good chassis and lots of nice bodies.
  12. I'm really psyched about this release - 3 wheelbase M chassis is a win in my opinion, I have a container full of M bodies and no chassis. I was going to go M06 or Mini TA05 ((Way to expensive)) but now I'm going to wait and go for this.
  13. I also find having a beer or 2 before starting to cut and dremel helps.
  14. It is defiantley reassuring to know there are people just as obsessed about RC as I am, sometimes I wonder if its normal to spend so much time thinking about RC stuff. I think it comes down to being car mad when I was young and also growing up where Tamiya was the big in thing and everyone had one or wanted one. These days I like to think of it as channel to build, create and race some wild automotive creations with sinking huge sums of money into 1:1 cars
  15. Lots of stuff here, tires, chassis tubs, arms, metal pieces, hardware etc $200 the lot. There also a manual & 2 extra wheels and tires i forgot to get a pic of.
