Can anybody help? I'm looking for silver-grey front & rear gearcases for TA01 or TA02 please. I've seen them, but can't remember where. I know I /could/ paint some "ordinary" ones, but no matter how well that was done, they probably still wouldn't look too good. Any body got some around or good suggestions where to find some? I've got a TA01 which I'd like to increase the track width. If I use Hummer arms, I'm getting close, but Manta Ray arms are too long. Does anybody know if it's possible to get longer wheel axles & some sort of extra deep hex? Thanks.

Ok thank you. I've checked the forums as suggested by David - thanks - that yeilded quite a bit of info. It seems the rear uprights are the same for '01,02,02W,02SW....? Are any of the components interchangeable between TL chassis for example? Also, It looks like I can come up with some real frankentein caster & camber angles with mixing 01 & 02 bits [}] thanks for the guidance so far....[]

Ok peeps. Somebody just 'mailed me this morning saying, "For the similarities of TA01 and TA02,TA01 and TA02 only share the same C-Hub. Other parts are all different,including the front knuckle." Now, unless I'm much mistaken,there's the chassis tub, length of propshaft, front body mount (angled or not), and a couple af negligible detail differences between the two. Arms, gearboxes etc are pretty much interchangeable, which gives a variety of track and wheelbase options.... Can anybody confirm either argument? Thanks, Kamull [?]

I think the entire FRP kit (both were black), went for around 50ish US while just the carbon plates start at about 40US.....

There was a hop up FRP chassis, which could also be further upgraded with Carbon Graphite chassis plates, these usually have somethng like Tamiya Carbon Graphite, on the top plate...... Dunno 'bout rare, they occasionally pop up on eBay, but them's not cheep! Kamull
