i have oils shocks on mine if u turn the shocks will it lower the car?

i have a ezrun BL setup on mine is a bit squirly i thought the rear toe in uprights would help? also for dampers are they universal?

Should i change all 24 or just the wheel bearings? Also is it worth spending the extra money on teflon or just get regular metal ones? Do i need to add lube when i install them?
