The Supershot will next, followed by Super Champ, Rough Rider and finally the Mountaineer.

I haven't been following the market lately and I can't find any recent sales comparisons on ebay. So I was wondering can someone shed some light and give me an idea how much a NIB Mountaineer or Bruiser is worth? Assuming the box and kit content is in excellent condition. Thanks.

With gas prices going through the roof... who has extra money to buy a SRB to keep under the roof?

Came across this link while surfing eBay. http://buleta.50g.com/item6864637302.html It was from a Q&A posted at bottom of someone auction. An ebayer asked the seller a question as follows: Q: Please confirm me if this is a same item with the item listed on http://buleta.50g.com/item6864637302.html Apr-13-06 A: I did not post there and am not logging in to a site I do not know. I checked out the link provided and it looked amazingly real. And without typing in a user name or password, you can press the sign in button and it will take you directly to eBay's Store page. Can someone take a look at it further and let us know if it indeed is a fraud site? Warning: Do Not enter you user name and password there... it could be a scam site.

Surprise unveiling at Paris Model Show this weekend
usapirap replied to thetamiyakid's topic in General discussions
Well guys, like I said early on http://tamiyaclub.com/CS/forums/1/160043/ShowThread.aspx The only thing new I saw at Tamiya Con 2006 was new RC planes. The surprise is that Tamiya seems to be getting back into RC planes. Perhaps Tamiya site Japan will give the details soon. -

I think the surprise may be that Tamiya is getting back into RC planes. I was at TamiyaCon 2006 this past weekend and saw new planes there... I didn't take a picture of the plane but did take pictures of the event... here is link to the photos at my Blog site: http://www.xanga.com/sayjames -
I went to the event both Saturday and Sunday and took some photos: They can be seen at my Xanga Blog page: http://www.xanga.com/sayjames Mr. Tamiya himself was there for book signing and of course I bought a book for him to sign... :-)

All those auctions' pictures have different backgrounds. It makes one wonder if those pictures are borrowed photos. Like I mentioned earlier, he probably knew an ebay suspension is coming so he made a few (too good to be true) listings to grab some quick cash. I hope you paid through paypal with a credit card. In case you don't receive the SS body set, most likely his paypal account will be empty already, you can still make a claim with your CC company.

In looking at this seller's ebay feedbacks, he is no novice in terms of tamiya rc stuff. So did he really not know what a new SS body kit is worth? Maybe he knew a suspension was coming so he trys to get some quick cash before the suspension? I always thought that if a deal is too good to be true, it probably is not true.

Tower Hobbies has the Terra Crusher listed as a discontinued item. So the Wild Commando must be its replacement.
