I like to remove shields and soak in a solution like shellite or kerosine, then I use an oil (Bike oils should be fine) and reinstall shields. You may be able to remove the shields carefully with an exacto blade. If not, try soaking and then allow the oil to penetrate

I didn’t do anything different, just went back to the site later and it worked, and has ever since

Not sure if one of these already exists (Couldn’t find one), if there is happy for this to be deleted
Post up your unidentified items here, could be complete kits, parts, electronics, wheels/tyres, motors etc….
I’ll kick off, this ESC was under the body of an original Top Force that I’ve had for years awaiting restoration
And in my parts box, I found these shocks, can anyone identify them?
TIA

Now you’re testing my memory. Yokomo tire controversy? Was this them using 2.2 instead of 2.0?

Great pics, I should pull out my Australian Magazine that has the coverage, great memories reading it back in the day.

No idea, wouldn’t have thought its any wider than RM01 chassis? Both 1/12 pan car chassis.
**Edit - 169-172mm wide, RM01 listed at 170 wide, so should be fine I think

Ordered a 1/12 Kawada Pan Car from RCMart to put under a TBG 956 body, In Rothmans livery. Hopefully works out as I’m picturing

As posted in the Postman Brought me thread, my ESC arrived. I know nothing about these, but having the Yokomo logo on it, I couldn’t resist. All I know is Yokomo distributed them in Japan. Will sit well on this chassis I’m feeling

So an update for anyone who may have similar issues. I was using a gmail account, but when I tried another (my work email) it worked perfectly. I then tried to change it back to my gmail, but again didn’t receive an email activation, so changed back to my work email address. It seems to me that my gmail account is the issue, not sure if others have had issues using gmail
