Hi Twmaster You wouldn,t be refering to the fox rear hubs would you? They are black and are of very similar dimensions to the 'shot' series cars. Hope this helps. John

If you are a fan of British fords then you have probably guessed what my user name means. Type 49 was the name given to the reinforced body shells used in the construction of MK1 RS Escorts. As I am a major fan of rear wheel drive Escorts (MK1 & MK2), I thought 'type49rs' was appropriate.[]

Like most other people here, I fall into the thirty something bracket-turned 31 in September. Got my first RC car (the mighty Boomerang) for Xmas 86 (I think) and began racing in the new year and have been racing ever since. Would hate to know what I've spent over the years but wouldn't change it for anything. Probably still be racing when I'm ninety something!!![:I]
