    Dear Friends,

I hope you are all well.

I purchased this from a Forum member in February as quick and easy project. He promised that he'd send me some of the missing bits, but this disappointingly didn't happen. The whole matter left a bad taste, hence I want to be out of them.

I am looking for £100 for everything I have or a swap.

    Thanks For Looking.

  2. Hello All.

I'm enquiring on behalf of a friend who is looking for an old model called a Mardave Cobra Buggy.

They're apparently not very competitive but incredibly durable in the hands of a kid.

    Thanks.

  3. Thanks Darat, much appreciated. I have a pdf copy that I found online.

It's like a diff that I've never seen before. It screws together to make a solid unit. I'm used to the type in the Avante, TL01 etc.

I'd ideally want a complete made unit. I can't even find a new one for sale.

  4. Dear Everyone,

I am a 'proud' (well sort of) owner of two DF03s and two DF03 clones. They were all bought 2nd hand, hence don't understand the rear diff assembly at all. I tried to 'repair' the one in the FS Bolt (DF03 clone), but managed to break it (it seemed to have the bearings glued on?) Anyway...that's left me needing the rear differential gear and the 'main shaft gear'. If anyone can help, it'd be appreciated.

    THANKYOU!

  5. Hi Both,

Thank you ever so much for your kind responses. I bought a broken car off Ebay with the idea of fixing it up for my nephew. It has a missing rear drive shaft and a broken gearbox cover. I would need both to get the car moving.

Please let me know how much and if you can post? Thanks again, much appreciated.

  6. Hello All.

I have just bought a project Super Fighter G.

My understanding is that the DT02 wasn't a very popular model, however I thought I'd ask!

I need a new rear gearbox and a shaft.

I would be really appreciative if anyone can help.

    Thanks and Regards.

  7. Gentleman,

I can't thank you all enough for your help on the matter. It was something that was confusing me a great deal. I have a number of Tamiya buggys but it was only my two Df03s that don't run as freely as the rest, but they do perform quite well with silver cans. I'm going to compare their pinions as a start and then look at the grease options, I have to admit, I did not consider either of these. I will update you once I've had a look.

    Thanks again All!!

  8. Hello!

I am looking to part with this Subaru TA01.

I purchased this with the intention of making a shelf queen out of it, but with a Subaru TL01 and TT01 already on the mantle, I'm just more interested in other projects.

The car is in great mechanical condition and includes all the original electrics. The body shell would be in perfect state if it wasn't for two small 20170128_121307.jpgcracks on the front bumper.

I would prefer to sell for 65 ono Incl UK delivery, but would consider trades.

Payment: cash on collection or Paypal gift payment.

    Thank you for looking.

  9. Hey RC Enthusiasts!

I have a questions re the DF03. I have a Dark Impact Buggy and a FS Racing Travel King, which is a clone of the Dark Impact. If you rotate two of the wheels at the front or the back simultaneously, I have found the drive to not be that smooth on either. I have had a nose around but can't find any issues. I have loads of other 4wd cars, DF02, DF01, Avante, Thundershots, TL01B, TT01 etc. But they are much smoother. would the DF03 be like this by design? Also, do you know where I can buy a rear diff for this?

Any thoughts would be really appreciated.

    Cheers!

  10. Hi Jason,

I am UK based - not far from Windsor, but can drive to meet you within reason. Where are you located?

I have a Manta Ray also, but needs a good clean. This is a good example of a DT. It's not perfect. however it has a new shell and tyres on it, which I think make a difference. It really all depends what you want to do with it. I have about 45 cars with my nephew, and only about 5 are comparable to the shelf Queens I see on the forum. Therefore, from my perspective, the DT could be a shelf queen with a clean and missing stickers.

If you want any more info let me know. Don't forget, I'm possibly open to a trade too..

    Cheers
