roby, throw it out already its been a few years now.
I also have a few broken Victor IQ products, they are long out of business. besides there chargers, cyclers and cell matchers are out of date with current battery technology.
Even when Victor was around, there products were not fault tolerant.
I myself had a 4000$ victor IQ Match burst into flames on my work bench. While they serviced the machine for free since i enclosed a photograph of the damage to my bench and surrounding area, they could offer no explaination as to what caused the problem in the first place.
One year later the SAME machine burst into flames YET AGAIN! only i had wised up and placed the unit on a concrete block i had setup on my bench table, the unit took out 3 battery packs worth of cells and took forever to get the smell out of my house, but that prompted me to dispose of the cell match and go with a turbo matcher from another company and i have been happy ever since.
in addition to the cell matcher blowing up, i've had a Victor IQ 30 amp power supply fall for no reason, and a victor IQ peak charger, shorted out when the OHMs resistor that controls the numbers of cells to charge failed. causing the resistance to sky rocket and melting the fiberglass circut board.
really you should be happy this product is no longer sold, it never lived up to my expectation.
