Hello.. i am just wondering.. is the remote-receiver important in the overall performance of your kit?? is there some serious reason for you to go and buy some high perf. receiver-remote device and invest a lot of money on that or you should go with a simple one and spend the money on a better motor or batteries?? thanks for your help

thanks so much i will contact them right away hello what do you mean by conversion kits?? can you please show me some examples?? i would like to get the vdf as i heard many rumors about it as an excellent choice for a drift car.. and alse because its a limited edition kit... i am also thinking about getting a trf417 and tune it as a drift car.. i suppose that the 417 is a very good kit (a bit more expensive than vdf) as well and can be tuned right as a drift car.. please share your thoughts with me thanks

ok i see do u need to tighten the rear diff so as the wheels wont move at all in different directions (assuming the shaft or main drive belt are not moving) or they need to move a little (just to make it difficult for the car to oversteer) can i try that on my durga db01 just to see the different effect.. (it is a ball diff model with a belt) or i wont see any difference?

can u please provide me some links with info about the rear diff options.. i really have no clue about it.. i think i m gonna go with the tb03r (compared with the other 2 models is more of a race chassis i think) and start from there.. your help is very helpful thanks

hello everyne after running with several tamiya off road rcs i want to get an on road drift car. my experience so far shows me that u d better start of with a nice high performance kit than getting a simple kit and spending triple the money for hop ups and improvements. i am between the 84132 TA05 or the 84109 TB-03R... i even consider this one 42184 TRF417 but i am afraid that i am gonna have problems with it if i go off road.. please advise and share your opinions.. other models not mentioned above are also welcome thanks for ur time

CASE 1 if i just change the pinion gear to something smaller in teeth (like the 20 or even 19) do u think that i can get away with running on that ESC and motor without problems? CASE2 if i change the ESC to something better, then i can keep the 23 t pinion on that motor? thanks for your input.. i have been building r/c cars since i was much younger but i still consider myself to be a newbe..

i use tamiya batteries i think its 2400 (i have tape on the bateries and i cant really remember what is the exact kind) the esc and motor are getting hot but i think that under normal temps.. i stick my finger on the motor and the ESC right away when i face the problem and i can hold it on there for more that 5-6 seconds.. the manual of the ESC mentions nothing about the LED flashing.. searching the web didnt help either.. thanks

hello there i have a durga db01 r/c running on a super stock tz motor and a teu-104bk esc i am trying to run the motor with a 23t pinion gear... the car runs for 3-5 minutes without problems but then the motor stops and the esc flashes its led light.. what seems to be the problem? thanks in advance for your input
