  1. In the meantime I have made a second order:
    GoolRC brushless system, 60A 4300KV
    17T steel pinion
    aluminium shock absorbers supports
    aluminum shock absorbers

    As a result:
the tires end up quickly in the basket

A separate matter for these "fantastic" shock absorbers from less than 8 euros per pair.

On the front still work decently, if you use the springs of the DT03 kit,  loading them with 400 Tamiya silicon oil.

To the rear...drama. The model slams on the ground with oil 400, 1000, 2000, 3000. Hard or soft springs, lots of tests, always bangs.

I decide to disassemble them to understand.

I only have this photo; the piston has very small diameter, 9.3mm against the 9.8 of the Tamiya one you see on the right side. Instead of two holes has two notches.

Okay, I don't want to know anything about it. Change the pistons with Tamiya ones, load with oil 400 and springs of DT03 kit and use the lower pins of Tamiya kit and gain about 5 mm of length. Now everything goes great.

At the front, piston with two holes by Tamiya and confirm the oil from 400.

  2. If the trick doesn't work you can always try it in the most classic way. Tools, manual and lots of care.

  3. So, at some point in the construction of my Toyota Tundra I wanted something easy.

Why not build a DT-03? Simple, clean, fun (I already had one a few years ago). Then if we want to add some thrill, we can always think of something different.

OK, the result has not been sensational, it seems that in the past months my idea has been that of many others, here in TC forum...:P

The preparation of this DT-03 "a modo mio" requires the following ingredients:

     - DT-03 kit (obviously)

     - Lot of bling bling optional various shape and colors

     - Special tires and wheels

     - Lexan body

Anything you want, just make your favorite pizza.

    This is the first order

DT-03 Racing fighter Black Edition (because full of hop up )

    Rock Socker lexan body

GPM parts dedicated to the front of the model.

Shake the box a little bit, open the lid and with a little luck we find the assembled model.
