  1. A little man to drive my custom 53 ford pick up..... Or maybe it will be Willy who gets to drive.
  2. Sold my WW2 to one of my best friends.... Fair price no hassles and I know he will look after it. Beats giving eBay their fee and the hassle of shipping....plus keeps it in the family... Had to make room for my wheeler....
  3. Rc damper does one I have it on my TL01-B
  4. Thanks Sandster it's mirror chrome on The sides and Gunmetal gray ps-23 on top
  5. Found a new home for my 67 GTO body, atop a sweet old TL01-B chassis. What the heck I'm going to H.E double hockey sticks anyway might as well seal the deal by complete sacrilege of an American classic
  6. Fairly happy, better next time. Driver ordered

  8. Ordered mine. Just in case you didn't know.....yeeheeehee Banzai hobby , $124 delivered.

  10. Ordered a TA 06 for my cousin and accidentally ordered a willys wheeler at the same time.. Oops banzai . Both cars shipped to US for under $300 hopefully no duties..... Banzai. Wooohoooo I'm in so much trouble
  11. So my cousin saw my collection and has decided he wants Me to build him a car y h at looks just like his 1:1 scion or toyota 86. I searched around found a well priced new car from Banzai 165 us shipped... now he needs esc motor transmitter receiver etc....and so as you can guess he is an RC virgin....but his friends have cars and he want a to learn to drift etc.. yeah I hear ya and he wants to start with that.... I suggested a TT01 of dome variance bug he wants a nice car and so here we are. My point 1) is a nice brushed sport tuned enough. With a brushless comparable esc. 2) should I start him with spectrum or the likes gear, or go cheaper with fm traxxas gear. I have a bunch of traxxas gear in the cabinet. 3) we're on a 320ish budget.. I know what I'm thinking....what do you guys think. Is it too much car for a beginner?
  12. Well I think I entered th he over achiever world record books today. Broke ax TT01 suspension mount...glad I have a spare. Painted a rather fantastic Dark impact shell pictures to follow.... Built the Dark Impact the Shell is going on... that was a bit trickier than I'm used to, hooked up all electrics drill and mounted body, played chauffeur to my kids, worked at the Dojo, emptied and filled fish washer...we'll I did say I would! And got ANNOYED At THE BLOKE IN Oz that can't follow a conversation he initiated. Also painted this and sent pics to Oz bloke And 2 am time to sleep. Because my kids will be up in 5 hrs yelling and screaming. Lol. C'est la vie
  13. So I had listed a body and chassis on eBay... And got a message today from a bloke in Australia that has all the body parts except the body for a WW. I was asked if it would work for his unit and I honestly described the unit as having some cracks but an easy restoration! Now I don't know about you guys but I haven't found to many 33 year old Rc bodies especially WW that don't have a few cracks unless of course they have been on a shelf all their lives and then I don't see anything less than a fortune being spent.... So I took it down and started restoring...Anyway here's the body so far
  14. Took the WW off the sales list to restore and sell proudly and properly. Who needs sleep anyway it's overrated....
  15. 5,6 weren't bad liked the rocks character.
  16. This a body off another shelf unit the one I'm selling is the body I just got in.. But thanks, I think I'm going to rep ain't it anyway...
  17. 88 or 89? Lovely mota mate gleamin'No seriously that's a cherry looking car the shape had class
  18. Reassembly of chassis Gave the wheels and tires a little clean, but the thing is going to run a bit...very gently....Lmao no not really...Gently ha Picked the body I'm going to run, Think I might repaint the shell as I recently switched out the tail gate, and rear spare. Thinking street kit grill as a safety precaution. But I hate the thought of cutting the shell tabs.
  19. reassemble this bad boy and tested the motor and it......screams.....in a good way. Listed this guy on the for sale page with the other chassis , this one Decided this will be the body for my runner. Thinking I might switch out the grill with an after market street kit one. Just for safety sake.
  20. Most definitely for sale, and im trying to be reasonable....
  21. Too tired for tires and scrubbing tonight maybe tomorrow since it's my morning off.
  22. The bearings that were in it seemed to be a bit worn out, I think I've read somewhere maybe I'm wrong that the old ones suit the original bushings better. It's all good bearing are easy enough to get if it all goes pear shaped...lol, frankly I was surprised by what I found inside this rear end it was foul
  23. Banzai had it last night for $98 plus shipping =$138 shipped
  24. Does that make me vintage..... Okay. I'm cool with that. Me and Wild Willy just hangin out.
