  1. Trimmed! Badly a Proline Ferrari F360 Modena shell. Got the rear holes a little wrong, but it a runner so I'll patch it up and move on. Austin Martin DB7 next then a real sweet Hpi toyota Supra with the Denso body set. Let me know if anyone wants it before I start or the Austin Martin...
  2. Holy moley, I don't care what you say that's incredible right there. Jenny you have out done yourself again, you are an inspiring artist and I hope one day to be able to pull something like this off.... Outstanding work.

  5. I saw it on the cover of an RC magazine with a candy red fairlady nissan. 350zWanted it ever since.. kinda like seeing the dark impact build. Now I've ordered one. oops.
  6. This is a really smart build. I'm inspired to revisit my love of the tl01 chassis. I've done a couple and have just sold my last one out to cali. Maybe I'll look for a couple of cheap ones to tinker with
  7. I keep trying to share this but can't get it to work
  8. Sorry to say it" I took pictures of a couple of old Willy ' s hanging out in the garden
  9. Watch "Headquake's RC - #172 (building a Dodge M37) Feb.…" on YouTube Headquake's RC - #172 (building a Dodge M37) Feb.…: Trying one more time
  10. Dropped the hammer on a new Dark impact. So I will need to make a space on my bench. What to sell what to sell?
  11. Well this seems fairly cheap.. Look at this on eBay: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=331468468047 TAMIYA 1/10 DARK Impact 4WD Kit 58370 Model Building Automotive Maybe my next project as I couldn't go to the $510 for the partially built 30 year new WW that was on the eBay channel.... It seems to be all I watch these days
  12. Trimmed the 52 ford shell. Picked my paint scheme. .. lost a pin in the drive coupling to my yeah racing hop up.#$! $!! $!!#$!#

  14. Rs-540 sport tuned motor for my tt-01 red sled pick I'm' up truck. Yesterday my new 52 ford shell arrived so that I may have a basher and a shelfer.
  15. All the more reason to venture off into the garage and paint..... That's when I get the really tough stuff done... Vigorous scrubbing of stubborn parts, lots of hammering and screaming at the top of my lungs.....sorry did I go too far... I thought it was all in my head...oops
  16. Having an issue with posting head quakes m37 dodge truck build video incredible
  17. Okay so the scale video ford ranger out of wood was cool, but the dodge M37 build way cooler
  18. Sorry, what have you done today.... Sick and not thinking straight
  19. Well today I was a little naughty, I paid for the 3 bodies I won on eBay a pro line Aston Martin DB7, A Ferrari f360 Modena. And an HPI Toyota supra. Came in shipped at a reasonable price... This would be fine if yesterday I hadn't already bought a new Parma 53 ford to replace my flamed one and a sport tuned motor for it.
  20. "An awesome little man! In an awesome little truck! That looks left and right! BRILLIANT". As always fantastic work Jenny
  21. Yeah my fast ones are all in plastic still, this baby is a show off piece more than a racer. I've put Shafts and bearings in my others and that's about as far as they'll get I've got a traxxas brushless system in one that I took my I off for a second the other day..... Straight into a wheelie bin. Fortunately the damage popped right out but there's a scar. Thanks for lookin
  22. Its a real pleasure to watch your project come together. It makes me think you might work for the likes of Roger Hunt building equipment for The John Deere equipment he sells. My family are in Hampshire and Wiltshire, Next time I'm home id love to see your set up. i used to run a Full machine shop. CNC mills and Lathes. May have to go back to the job part time
  23. So I'm addicted to The TT-01 chassis it simple its clean and fairly cheap.. Lots of simple Hop ups available and so I have 4 in various ranges of modification. This is an extreme conversion in my opinion as I spent more on the hop ups than the whole chassis.. I'm living state side so I've become partial to american muscle cars and that is the theme of most of my builds. So I started with Plain old basher... Except for the Hpi meats front and rear a little 26mm and 30mm action there A clean chassis had full bearings and aluminum (Aluminium)shaft. Standard front and rear Away horrible black front end, hello shiny red, Well this is a combination of kits because I hate to do things by half your standard yeah racing kit with an RC damper front and rear box plate and suspension hangers As we all know front and rear assemblies on these are basically the same so I won't bore you with the repeat. It came together fairly well and the weight allows me to throw it about a bit with little to no roll. I'm thinking a black sport tuned motor to keep it fairly tame but this is my show piece.. I've gone with a Parma 53 ford body, bought as Chevy but I was corrected by Crash thank you sir. This my first multiple level masking job and add the flames and there are aspects of the painting I'm not happy with. They where hand drawn and done with blue painters tape. Better next time. Enjoy the pics. Fat rear end Enjoying the sunshine. .
  24. The previous owner told me the 4th wheel was lost in the move years ago then it was thrown in the basement... Funny we don't know what we've got til it's too late.... I gave my original and first Rc Willy to a cousin in 88 as I forgot to pack it in the shipping container when we moved state side.... Always wonder where it could be now
  25. Here is a before and after of an original Wild Willy.... The guy who had it tells me it sat for 10-20'years in storage.... Somewhere damp by the looks of it... It's all before and afters and if you've seen these picks on my page I apologize... And thank you for actually viewing my showroom... I was surprised at first when I got it because there where only 3 wheels but the buy it now price won me over so I had to buy it with out reading.. First was do I want to spend the money on the parts required then.... Well I've come this far and before you know it bang it's a shelf star... The screws are almost all original. The springs and metal press parts took several hours of elbow grease. The rims are brand spankin new and the tires (tyres) are from somewhere in Asia and are also brand new. Wish I'd bought 3 or for sets... So here ya go.
