Hi chaps thanks for your help and advice on the Super Clod Buster I think I'm still having one to build up but got some good news I've just managed to find an original Clod built up which just needs finishing. It's got the Chevy grille so must be an early one its never been run but it needs the body finishing with a good paint job then decals fitting which luckily it comes with so no more expense there just need the time to do it now. If and when I can I will have to get some photos up cheers.

Hi sorry about delay in getting back been having a few probs but anyway thanks for the responses regarding parts I'm surching eBay for various parts and thanks Tony for posting your eBay shop on here I've checked it out you got some nice bits there I think I will be ordering a few parts of you at some point cheers.

Hi chaps I've been into Tamiya RC since I was about nine or ten years old when I got my first one the Hot Shot I've still got it now,but I need to find some spares for it. Can anyone recommend a good model shop with some helpful people on hand to order some bits or is just a case of looking on eBay. As I also need some bits for some other projects like the Monster Beetle I've had from new too but needing some work now to get up to working order again. Any help with contacts would be brilliant as not had much help locally to me thanks.

Hi everyone I heard about a year or so back that this kit had stopped being produced but I'm still seeing them about online ? I am thinking of picking one up do I need to pick one up sooner rather than later as I don't want to miss out on one. It could be that these ones available are old stock any ideas ? Cheers

Just an update on the clod i mist out on buying the kit somebody beat me to it nevermind i will wait for the new one coming out next month all being well.

Hi thanks for the offer but I have got a standard nose cone which I could modify which I will probably end up doing but thanks for the advice and offers cheers.

Thanks for the advice I think I will get the sand scorcher nose and modify that one so that I can refit the lamps thanks for your help

Hi guys can anybody tell me where I can locate the front nose cone for the monster beetle part number P11 the correct one with the two holes in it for the spot lamp bracket don't see them on eBay. There are parts listed as the correct type but they don't have the holes any ideas thanks.

Hi chaps I am after the nose cone for the original monster beetle body shell the one with the two holes in the bottom of it for the spotlight bar any ideas where I can locate one. The ones I've seen listed as the correct part don't seem to have the holes like the original so thought I would ask a few experts. The part no is P11 which comes on the parts tree with the driver attached any ideas guys. Thanks.

Thanks for that would you know the kit part numbers as i did not make a note and i might return to have closer look at one im guessing then that this one might be the re release with msc but will find out. If the new one will be out soon what are the thoughts on the outgoing model was it still a nice model to build and use thanks in advance.

Also i meant to say im guessing that there is the original clod buster then the super clod buster then have they done a re release of them because it could be this one which i saw and not the older version might be getting mixed up cheers.

Hi there everyone just need some info of some experts,i need to know when the super clod buster was discontinued as i have seen one for sale in a model shop and was surprised to see it. Also what sort of prices should these kits retail at as this one was for sale for £159.99 uk price and thought that might be quite a good price for one so was wondering what peoples thoughts are with value and future investment Regards.
