Finished my Blackfoot Brat today, went 2.4, brushless and lipo. Goes like stink and its going to eat parts! Spent a little time on my silver Hilux as well, I'm looking forward to getting it running.

Missing Presumed Stolen Blazing Blazer

I used Citylink a lot and then a Lunchbox went missing and they were a sod to deal with, this was through Parcel Monkey as well. That's why I switched to Hermes who until now have been really good. I always insure and get items signed for, I guess it all comes down to the individuals who handle your parcels and the law of averages. -

Thank you for your support T.C ers. I don't think I'll ever see the B.B, but hopefully Paypal will reimburse me and the couriers will reimburse the seller. -

The tracking shows collection from the sellers, but then there is no further tracking information from that point. It would have been signed for my end if it had been delivered. -

Burntwood, Staffordshire U.K is the collection area. Hermes is the courier. eBay was the source of the purchase. -

I bought this just over 2 weeks ago and it was collected by the courier on the 12th August and it has not been seen since. I am totally gutted as you can imagine, I have no doubt it will resurface sometime soon and its fairly distinctive, please would you let me know if it pops up for sale or anyone spots it. -

Started doing jobs work on my silver Hilux late last night, testing the electrics and getting stuck it!

At the risk of sounding a bit dim, wasn't the Lancia mounted on a Brat chassis with a difference front bumper and wheels? Would the new body set fit onto a Re Re Brat chassis? Or isn't a great choice now that times have moved on?

Fitted the new parts to our WW2 this morning, so it is already to rock and roll again.

Just picked up my WW2 spare parts from work this evening as the posting delivered them yesterday. That will be a nice little Tamiya job for tomorrow. -
Unusual day for me today, I have few days left of my holiday and I spent most today doing Tamiya stuff. Mostly cleaning and assembling my Black Brat which is now very close to be finished and running. I listed a few bits for sale on the 'Bay and put a Hilux up for sale as well. Happy Dayz, bit of a one off day, but very nice all the same.

I got my latest Hilux in the post today. Looks pretty good shape for a model that's over 30 years old. -
Vintage Midnight Pumpkin resto...

I had this problem on a Monster Beetle recently and I replaced the on/off switch and it sorted the problem out. I hope that helps! -
I just sold 2 chargers and and ESC and I got an invite to a R.C meet. A handful of like minded men with Tamiya and Kyosho, should be fun.

Me to keep the updates and pics coming! The Scorcher looks good in red.

Sold my BF XB today to a T.C member! And I decided on my 1st ever project today as well. If I can work out how to add photos I will do a build thread!

We run an old Blackfoot Xtreme with uprated motor. It goes really well and gets a lot of use/abuse, as parent I can recommend this model for durability, fun and it is cheap to fix. I did consider a twin motor set up, but I decided it was less maintaince as it is. And the longer running times suit us better. We use it on the beach, golf course, etc, etc.

Got out the front with my eldest daughter the L.B, the Xtreme and the B.B, great fun for both of us! A small injury to the L.B, but other than that all good!

bromvw-Great thread this, really interesting with good photos and updates as well. Keep up the good work!

Came back this afternoon from my holiday got myself a Coffee and caught up with the T.C forum..happy days! Packed my Blackfoot and sent it off to the new owner as well.

I put the last of my chargers and a Blackfoot and the Bay today. I'm interested to see how I get on with those, I think August is a slow month for selling, but we will see. I went out the front with my 6 year old we we raced our WW2 around for a bit, but she was determined to break it, so time was called early on that escapade!

I set eBay up now to list my last few chargers whilst I'm on holiday next week, that will clear some much needed shelf space. R/X & T/X to go next! I've just got my new s/h King Cabs rims put of the dishwasher and they look good, V.happy!

I got a pair off used rims for my King Cab, which for whatever reason made me very happy. Quite understandably no one else at work was at all interested! They just couldn't see what all the fuss was about...some people eh!
