the screw bags didnt worry me.(tomy intruder adonis was a nightmare.) hopefully ill have the whole thing done today except the body.i havnt even thought about colour yet. it is the tamiya PS plastic paints you use on the hard body isnt it.

i had the screw problem but it didnt really phase me. problem i had was the lugs on J6 and the grooves on the 30T gear.there was no way the lugs were going to fit in the grooves.so,a little bit of filing and sanding and it slips in nicely. tomorrow i start on the diffs etc.

i got my email from Champ RC tonite shipping is really dear,but i can live with that

i have a pre order with Champ Rc and my mate has one in with RainbowTen and we have not heard anything from them yet.so im hoping in the next 5 days.

we dont see many of the guide books and catalogs in australia.the Tamiya importers here are really slack.even getting the latest kits takes a long time after release dates.they are even still flooding toyshops with super hornets.and getting parts for them takes a long time. please Tamiya, get new importers into australia.

my mate in Mt Isa in Aus has an older canadian highboy F250 long wheel base thing thats had a 100mm body lift,35" tyres and suspension lift.its huge.i like how ya can stand next to it and look at the driveline n stuff without bending over

Ah, i wondered what those suzukis were.they are called a Sierra in australia.The new version is called a Jimney. a lot of people call the old Hilux's "Rollux" as they tended to end up on the roof

in Australia it has been proven the landcruiser as the tough one.its the only 4x4 that has stood up to the abuse of working in mines etc.the nissan patrol is on par these days in the bush..the hilux here is pretty much a cheap way to get into 4x4. most bush tracks here are to the landcruiser and nissan wheel tracks.f250 and chevys just dont cut it in the rough stuff.even the old f100 are a bit wide. i personally prefer the pre '85 cruisers to the '85 on shape.

the HPI bug is just a rebadged Hot Bodies Ezilla looking at the pictures of it.

i get really annoyed at people who split bruisers etc up for parts for some reason. as for kits, i really prefer kits because if i break something, i know how to replace it.i hate rtr cars,it might get newbies in but they they take it back to the hobby shop who in a lot of cases do not do repairs. id love to see even stadium trucks like the associated T4 with a scaler looking body.even the good old satdium blitzer body is a lot better lookin than whats offered on todays trucks.why not release a buggy like the B4 but put a baja body on it, gotta look better than the gay assed B4 body.i personally run a bug body on my T2 for racing, looks pretty goos too, and always gets looks.

the radio i get for my F350 will be for that truck only.i use my nomadio sensor for everyhing else.

mate, all the infomation you have posted is top stuff. i dont think i have wanted an rc as much as i want an F350.although i have always wanted a 3 speed ,.the original 3 speeds dont come up for sale to often in Australia.so the F350 is a much better option for me.plus i am a Ford fanatic
